I used to come here pretty often and last weekend during the Art Basel I brought my four friends and my fiance here after leaving the RedDot. From the moment we walked in the experience was horrible which we should have taken that as a sign let me explain: 1. We all walk in to Fado and two staff members walk by us and we greet them no one says hello, makes any eye contact or even acknowledges us. 2. We find another staff member (Derek) and ask him if we can sit and about the menu and specials. He gives us an attitude and walks away only to come back and tell us that the specials are over which we are fine with. 3. We ask for menus and order a few drinks and then Derek our server disappears for a while and we are just waiting for our drinks(mind you the pub was not busy at all). 4. Our server comes back and we place our order only to have him come back about 5-10 minutes later to confirm our order twice. 5. After about 30 minutes some of the food arrives but not everyones and we are sitting there waiting. About 5 minutes go by and we asked our server about our food he says he will go check. He disappears again and comes back about 5 minutes later so we ask for an update on our food he says he will check and 10 minutes go by where I ask again about the food and he walks over to the bar grabs a menu and then walks over to me and says sarcastically "Ooops I forgot to put your whole order in." Meanwhile my friends that did get their food were waiting for everyone elses food to arrive so their food went cold. I ended up speaking to the manager and explained that I understand that working in the Hospitality industry can be difficult but the Pub was empty and the service was not even sub par it was horrible. Never in my life going to any establishment have I ever had such a negative experience. When I go out and invite my friends, clients or anyone for that matter out with me I have no problem spending money tipping well and being courteous to the staff of where I am at. I expect the same in return and Fado completely failed on this occasion from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I was not satisfied. To be completely honest on a professional level issues like this need to be addressed and the entire staff needs to be retrained.

Classic Irish pub style. An impressive selection of draught and bottled beers. Typical pub food, but generally quite well done. Stand-outs include the Fado Pub Burger (topped with smoked cheddar, whiskey-bacon marmalade, and a fried egg - ask for extra napkins), fish & chips (crispy and flavorful cod), and bread pudding (excellent alongside a Guinness). Entertainment leans heavily toward Premier League football (i.e., soccer) but there are usually NFL games on the TVs on Sundays during the season. If there are no TVs tuned to what you want to watch, just ask - they try to accommodate everyone as best they can. Restrooms are generally well-maintained although - typically given the nature of the pub business - it can get out of hand when they are busy.

Server was very nice, but incredibly slow. I ordered a beer, never arrived. Food took almost an hour to arrive, at lunch time when we were practically the only people in the whole place. Ordered a Ruben, which the menu clearly said comes on marbled rye, it came on a flat bread. Food was just ok. Presented really well, looks delicious, but once you bite into it, youll be very disappointed. Burgers were dry and tasted like they used no seasoning at all. Had to edit to lower from two stars to one, because weve been sitting at the table done with our food with empty drinks waiting for the check so we can leave for about 20 minutes now, and on the way to the bathroom the server was spotted talking and laughing.

The service and food were all on point. I had the fish and chips which is a staple at any Irish Themed bar. I say Irish Themed because it doesnt feel like a true Irish bar would. Not that I have first hand experience on what an Irish Bar should look or feel like. Anyways, I was here for an early lunch. This is important because of my next statement. Service seemed disconnected. Not bad. Food was quick, service was timely, and anything I needed or asked for was brought immediately. However everyone seemed preoccupied and busy getting ready for the day. Again this could be due to the fact the shift is just starting and I walked in almost before they even unlocked the door for lunch. Hence the 4/5.

I used to come here back in the early 2000s to play pool and watch games. I stopped because the place got weird, the pool table got Janey, and i was just over the beer/wine only thing. That was then. I recently learned they got their liquor license under new ownership and checked it out. They really do it right now!ts a welcoming, friendly environment now, and the owner is often here making sure everyone is having a good experience; and available to customers like me if we have feedback. All in all, its a great local bar in an area that need one, and Ill keep coming back.

Great mixologists and amazing drinks. A friend brought me here for ONE drink that turned to many more. This wasnt a bad thing; matter of fact, it was great. All I had to do was tell Mo what kind of flavors I like and next thing I know, the three cocktails that followed were all uniquely different and wired right into my drink palate. Highly recommended. A place you really should really get to know and tip well your mixologist!

I give this place a 5, not because its an incredible bar, but because its one of the few bars in Miami that Ive found since moving here where people seem to go just to drink, eat, watch sports and have a good time (GASP!), unlike other places here where its all about showing off. Plus, the bartenders are usually very friendly and when its slow, they make for great conversation.

Pretty good atmosphere, staff needs some work. Just because youre a bartender doesnt mean you need to try to pick up men. Trust me I worked in the industry, BIG difference between working and WORKING. Teach your girls respect, especially Haley, Baley, whatever, STOP trying to hit on men when their wives are clearly right there. MANAGEMENT, look at who youre hiring....

Placed an order for a drink manager took my order, never came back to tell me that they were unable to make the drink, so I didnt matter as a customer, first time in years to this location, never again. Look else where for a proper irish pub with management that actually cares about the customers who like this business afloat, cheers.... not

Great prices great food and great pints are available at this place. This is one of my favorite little bars and it is worth penny. I am amazed that they charge you so little for what you get; and the service is great too. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an Irish pub in the Miami area.

A quintessential neighborhood bar. This place serves great beer, with a wide selection on tap and in bottles. The bartenders are really friendly and will offer you a sample of the beers available on tap. Great place to watch a game and have some dinner. Solid burger. Dont miss their homemade chips - heavenly!
