Been wanting to check this place out since they opened. Decided to fo for the FSU/UF game, got a seat fairly quickly and that was about the highlight of the night. Servers are young and inexperienced but u would think they would get some type of training to make the customer feel appreciated. Just bc u have on next to nothing, that doesnt suffice for not being customer friendly. My lady ordered some wings and when they came out, they were not seasoned and very little sauce just poured on top, not tossed like most places. When my daughter and i decided to order a 20 piece and have 2 different flavors, we were informed that that is not allowed, if u want to flavors u have to spend the extra buck and get buck and get 2 seperate orders...not about the money but where cant u do that??? On principle alone, i decided not to eat anything, then when the check comes...i see that u arw charged extra for ranch/blue cheese and it comes in a packet like a fast food restaurant. Needless to say, i wont be returning, left there and went to World of Beer and had a burger and some awesome wings, that came with ranch @ no extra charge!

Winghouse can deliver a good product, so if youre dining in, ignore this post. However, unfortunately, I have twice revived an incomplete order from this restaurant through Uber Eats. The first time this happened, a large item was left out, but I attributed it to common error. This most recent time, however, I was not given an order of blue cheese. In and of itself, this mistake is not a big deal. I called the restaurant to complain about this mistake, since it was the second time it happened, and the manager immediately placed the blame on the Uber Eats driver. In retrospect, I wish I had brought this to the restaurants attention to first time it happened, when they actually left out an entire item of food I had ordered, but I did not appreciate the defensive attitude after expressing I have had this problem in the past. Maybe there is a wider issue here with delivery orders from restaurants, but better customer service would have made me give them a third chance. In short, their food is not bad at all, but I will not order food to go from this restaurant again.

This was our first time at this location and the experience was a 3 out of 10. I have no idea what kind of day Krista had prior to us arriving, but she was not very personable and the "happiness" that she was giving us felt EXTREMELY forced. It took her a long time just to greet us and take our drink orders. And would disappear for extended amounts of time just for us to see that she is standing by the cooking station just hanging out. At one point me and my guest had to actually get our on drinks from the bar because we seen her put them in and leave while the bartender created them, but they was sitting there for so long we just got them our selves. We were given our appetizers with out spare plates or silverware, forcing us to eathe off napkins because she was NO where to be found. And other servers seemed extremely busy. Then we requested that she take something off our bill due to bad preparation, and we seen her throw (like literally throw the damn paste) the plate by the cooking station and talk Crap about us with other servers. It was horrible

Malisima atencion de la recepcion e incluso un tanto de racismo y discriminacion hacia mi familia y hacia mi...realmente no valio ls pena gastar el tiempo en llegar hasta ayi para recibir tan mala atencion especialmente de la hoster de la recepcion ni siquiera pudimos entrar pero realmente no quedan ganas de volver a este lugar parece mentira que un lugar tan nuevo este careciendo de educacion y de buenas atenciones e incluso en pleno siglo XXI rechazando a los hispanos y discriminandolos por su acento...gran decepcion...

The waitresses looked confused at the front door on how to greet people. They just stood there until I asked if I could be seated. The waitress tending to our table was essentially lifeless. I remembered Winghouse Wings being the epitome of average, but they took a step even further back when they came out with the feathers still on the wings. The waitress then offered to replace the 2 wings with feathers rather than the entire batch of 10. How replacing only part of a tainted plate was logical to her was beyond comprehension to me. To top it off, she brought out the wrong flavored wings to replace the two she took back. I received the check and nothing (not even a portion) was comped and no apology was offered. Needless to say that Ill continue going to Hooters.

We have eaten there several times but this will be our last. Waited forever to get any service. Finally got our appetizer and no plates , forks or paper towels. Finally she switched our empty towel holder with the next table and that one was about empty as well. When it came for the wings, I personally like hot temperature ones but I would settle if they were warm. But they were not. They were actually cold and the drumettes at the bone was not completely cooked. We did not realize how bad the wings were cooked because we took them home and heated them in the oven. Had to remind the server about the tater tots we order. At least they were warm. We did tell the server about them and we wanted our check. She came back and pushed the ticket tray at my husband.

My boyfriend and I went there for our first and last time. Was the worst experience we have ever had a restaurant. I ordered a salad and received a sandwich. Finally got my salad, then sat around 10 minutes before I had to ask another waitress for dressing to go with my salad because our waitress went missing for 15 minutes. Then had to go to the bar to get a refill on my bf Pepsi which I was completely ignored! While some waitress proceeded to act like she was in a club very loud and obnoxious!! I suggest if you want to give better service hire people that dont act like they are 10! Will never return..

My goodness....., This is my 3rd time visiting but only because they messed up on my second order! I ordered breaded wings n got see through naked wings. I ordered steak fries n got curly fries. Call n the manager was nice enough to replace the correct! Order. Received my breaded wings, no taste of course even with sauce. The wedges!!!! Was nothing but salt!!! N more seasoned salt. Literally, gave me a headache... Ugh I would rather drive to n. 56th st to firehouse wings n subs. They are delicious and half the price. The wings actually have taste.....And, please "responder" do be dismayed.....

I give it 3 stars. The pros, outside is wonderful this time of year, my long Island iced tea was good. My husbands fish nuggets and my boneless wings were good. The onion rings were greasy and no flavor, juice shot out when I bit it...not cute at all. Finally. The waitress. I like good customer svc, and yes, the girls are young and inexperienced, but when we get the check, dont put it on the table saying nothing and walk away. Customer service is from beginning to end. Thats why u get a good tip and get them back over and over again. Still. I like Millers down the street better.
