Last night I ordered an Italian sub, cheesesteak, and an order of cheese fries. After starving and waiting for almost an hour and a half I get a phone call from the girl that works there saying that her register was off and wanted to know if I received my order. I told her no that I never got anything and she said that at that point of the night that they were closed and couldnt deliver. She promised to fulfill my order for free the very next day. The very next day I call and then they tell me that they can only give me one sandwich for free but not the whole $23 order. I told them Im a person of principle and it wasnt about the money but if they couldnt deliver on their promise then that they lost a customer. It wasnt like I added a bunch of stuff to the older they knew what the original order was. They still offered to give me 1 free sandwich and I told them for the lousy $7 I can walk across the street to my Publix and get a better sub. Im a person of principle and obviously this owner or manager is cheap and because of his cheapness hes lost a customer. If he doesnt care why should I?

Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger hoagie and it arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later... without Bacon. I nicely called the restaurant personally and was treated like an idiot as the employee offered to send me another hoagie as long as I returned my current one, as I had eaten half of it already I declined and told him it was unacceptable service regardless then he offered to send me two strips of bacon via his driver... I can only assume that would take another hour to get so I kindly declined and I will never be back. Thanks.

theres nothing nearby that comes anywhere close to the great flavor you get from this place. get a cheesesteak or a hoagie and you wont regret it.

Im from Philly but im going to school here in Tampa...This place is the closest you can get to a REAL Philly cheese steak...A+++ SOOOO GOOD!
