I waited for 20 minutes at the counter with no line patiently waiting for the cashier an older woman with blonde hair to manually punch in my credit card multiple times because they do not have the secure chip reader. I also read it to her checked with my bank to make sure everything was okay to no luck. All I wanted was a simple smoothie but for 20 minutes for overpriced sandwiches and smoothies is pointless. They are situated in the heart of regions bank so for a business woman like myself it would be nice if I could get in and out on a timely manner. She did nothing after waiting all that time she never even had begun to make the smoothie in the first place. So slow, sub par, over priced, and a waste of my time. On a side note there is a note to their customers that reads minimum purchases 5 dollars "bank rates and fees are too high."
