China Garden is not the most impressive looking restaurant -- Im sure theyve lost their fair share of potential patrons before stepping in the door. Its not the cleanest place and they dont deliver, but for those brave souls with the courage (or desperation for greasy Chinese takeout) to give it a shot, China Garden is sure to exceed expectations. No, this is not authentic or gourmet fare, but its more than serviceable as a place for Seminole Heights residents to indulge in quick, tasty, new York style Chinese Takeout. Give it a try!

Im not a connoisseur by any means, nor have I tried a huge amount of Chinese places, but this was the best Chinese that I can ever remember trying. I got Szechuan beef and General Tsos Chicken, and they were both amazing. So much flavor in the meat and veggies! And they give you a VERY good amount for the price! Definitely made a fan out of me, and this will be my go-to for Chinese from now on.

I dont know how they got this high rating, but to be fair, its less than average take out. Food is OK, but location is in rundown area and restaurant is not really comfortable place to stay more than 3 minutes, so you might want to order by phone, pay, pick up, and then leave quickly.

Went last night because I was craving Chinese. Saw good ratings but was disappointed with food. Lo mein and shrimp was cooked with really old oil and didnt taste good at all. They are understaffed and with one person cooking and one taking orders.

Great prices and fresh food. No mystery meat or transforming stomach afterwards. Just good ol eating. Ive been living in Tampa for 26 years and id say china garden is the best chinese food stop n go next to the next best in the malls food court:)

Really good food very courteous, good portions. The only thing is they dont use the AC & leave the back door open. It seem a little dirty to me. So the best thing for me is stop by grab a Menu and order from Home
