It is safe to say most competent business people know how important customer service is. Apparently this chinese dump thinks nothing of customer service or simple manners! When I respectfully complained about biting into a staple in my chicken chow mein, I received nothing but animosity and irreverence. I am normally very laid back and understanding of mistakes happening. I assumed a staple may have accidentally fallen into the PACKAGED tray of food before they sealed it. All I wanted was my money back for the chow mein, nothing more. But the arrogant woman at the counter had the audacity to accuse me of placing the staple into my meal because I didnt like the meal. I have never done such a thing and never will! Ive been here two other times before and had average experiences. But I will never return again! This woman has no class or decency. No business has the right to treat customers so rudely! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

This is my first and last time at this place. The food is disgusting. The customer service meaning the woman behind the counter is extremely rude. Their fried rice was pale, tasteless and no ingredients. The teriyaki beef had no flavor and was put on a stick like they just skinned a cat. My suggestion to them is take a trip to NYC and see and Chinese food should taste. Would never recommend this place.

New York Style Chinese done right! Flavors are great, and freshness is far and beyond standard Chinese Takeout. Portions are fairly generous for the price. Friendly service and quick turnover time as well. I stop in for lunch on average once a week, as I work nearby. One of the best values for lunch in the area.

The people there were so nice! They put up with our toddlers meltdown, and gave us a yummy treat on the house! Food was good, service was quick, and people were coming in non-stop for takeout. None of them waited for their food for more than a minute. We loved our experience.

We realize that restaurants change chefs. Until about two years ago the food was consistently excellent. But to be truthful, our favorite, lo mein noodles are frequently too soft and not as flavorful as before. Hunan dishes are still good.

Brutal service. Ordered via telephone and they gave our food away. When we finally got it and hour later.... It was not the size we ordered. When we called to complain they said "so...whats the problem?!?" Dont order!

Everyone was extremely friendly, and the food came fast. I could eat their lobster rangoons all day! You can eat inside or do takeout. When we went, tons of people were coming in and picking up their takeout orders.

I love this place! The service is very quick and also equally as friendly! The prices may be a little high but the portions are plenty! I have a craving for their General Tsaos Chicken. (Probably spelled wrong)

This Restaurant has super fast service and the best take out Chinese food. highly recommend! Food is always ready on time and they offer free Crab Ragoons with an order over $25.00.

This is the best takeout Chinese in Lakewood Ranch. Its better than Happy Dragon. Ive tried both locations multiple times and Taste of China is hands down better.
