I have been here a few times and the food has always been good, but tonight I went in and order my go to feel better when Im sick soup, I asked for wonton soup no wonton, the broth works wonders on my sore throat, and in all the times I have ordered it, it was no big deal, but tonight the guy was rude to me when I asked for it this way. I also asked if i could get an order of sesame chicken (just the chicken) no rice etc and the guy was completely rude told me it came with rice and that the only way it would come. I asked if he had noodles (lo mein) and he was like yes but we dont substitute so you are still getting the rice!!! Who does that, it totally rubbed me the wrong way, If I am paying for a service I should get what I want, is it really that big of a deal to not give me rice? I will not be going back I refuse to go where I am treated so poorly

We had an order delivered to Cobalt Springs Apartments about 2-3 weeks ago. We called this evening to have an order delivered; we placed our order, and then were told that they would not deliver to us. Confused, we informed Dragon Den that they did, in fact, deliver here quite recently (keep in mind, we are 2.9 miles away, max 8 minutes) ... the lady on the phone stated they do no deliver across Wade Hampton Boulevard, even though they previously did. There was absolutely no effort in rectifying the situation and getting a driver to deliver our food. Normally, this would not bother me, however, being pregnant and after working a 9 hour work day, the last thing I want to do is drive to Dragon Den and I can pay for the delivery fee - for delivery - that was previously honored. What a ridiculous way to lose a loyal customer.

Used to be great, awful now. New owners/managers are rude, they told me they didnt deliver to me and I had the wrong restaurant (when Ive had delivery from them 5+ yrs) then hung up on me while I was asking something. When I called a 2nd time and ordered off the menu she told me that was the lunch menu and hung up a second time. I offered to pay dinner price, she said okay, I called back to ask the delivery time and she said shed let me know and never called back. And the food seems to have changed, idk if its a new cook or what but the food isnt great anymore, me and my bf both noticed the sudden change from great to bad. Doesnt justify price increase.

Will not return to this establishment. New owners are RUDE!!! Dont bother ordering from the menu they post online either. It is wrong according to them. The taste of the food does not constitute the increase in price by any means. False advertising is what I call it. List one price but charge you another when you arrive to get your order. Will gladly report to the BBB as a negative. As far as the positives go on here...check the dates. The majority of the positives would be when the restaurant was owned by others. I loved it before these new owners took over.

Worst customer service EVER! I pulled up Dragon Den on my maps in Simpsonville, not remembering they closed, and this number popped up so I ordered food for me to pick up. After realizing my mistake, I called back to apologize and cancel my order because its a 30min drive. The manager was rude and said it wasnt fair and they were throwing the food away and hung up on me. I then called back to apologize again and tell her that next time she needs to be a little more courteous and she hung up AGAIN! Never would I recommend this place to anyone!!!

Everythings great about this restaurant. Whether dining in or taking out, the service is prompt; the food exquisite and the prices are inline with the portions received. I highly recommend them to everyone who enjoys Chinese food AND those who think they dont like it but havent tried Dragon Den on Hudson Road in Greer. I have been a customer since moving to the east-side well over 7 years ago. I tend to get delivery and my meals are received in record time, hot and delicious!

Adequate to big portions, and the food is standard american-chinese restaurant fare, but tasty enough to satisfy that craving. Kids portions are big enough to split if you dont have big eaters. The interior is clean and the service was pretty fast. No complaints, and unless I am looking for something special, I would not hesitate to eat here again.

called to make a delivery order and all because im 9 mins away they couldnt deliver it they told me they only go 4 miles from where they are why have delivery if you cant deliver 3.9 miles away i will never eat there i think they just didnt want to take the order cause the job is to hard for them i think they need some new employees

We ordered take out, the shrimp fried rice was very oily. The house fried rice was extremely terrible. This place does not deserve to be open. They should close, and give the public a break, restaurant owners who dont care about there food. Should give up and start other careers. Truly sad experience. Will never go back ,

I was in the greenville area on business and found out they were 2.5 miles away and delivered. When I called to place my order they told me they didnt deliver this far. I asked if I could be charged EXTRA to have them deliver. The answer was again a flat No and the manager hung up on me. Im glad I didnt get their food now.

This is the oldest Chinese restaurant in Anderson and a very good sit down restaurant. Havent been here or in Anderson in a long time but I know it is still very good. My only regret is that the owner needs to open a branch in Charleston. We have lots of buffets and Japanese places but few like Dragon Den.

I FOUND A STAPLE IN MY SOUP!!!!!!! Dont go here, they are lucky I didnt eat it and destroy my intestines. I thought it was a bone in my hot and sour soup, then pulled it out of my mouth and saw a beautifully curled staple. SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP TO THE ER!!!!!!!!!!

We went there right after lunch time and the place was empty. We were the only people in the place besides the waitstaff. The food was pretty good but then we noticed there were tiny bus crawling around on the table cloth which was when we left.

Best Chinese food in the upstate. I remember going there as a child 50 years ago when my parents, originally from NYC, got a craving for egg rolls, beef chop suey, soup, and many other dishes. Dont order their fried rice though, not much flavor.

My husband died recently and I was hoping I could go to a restaurant to help me get over the depression. Well I was with my boyfriend and I had the shrimp and chicken. It was amazing! So my husband didnt die in vein after all.

This place has gone down hill over the years. It used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. Not anymore. Food that used to be served on a sizzling platter is now served on a regular plate and lacks seasoning.
