Ive been in here about 10 times prior to the most recent two (and last) occasions, and never had any issues. I was in a couple of weeks ago and ordered the General Tso combo as I always do. When I got home, I dug in and after a few bites, I realized there was no chicken underneath the breading. I checked everyone just to make sure. I didnt call or try to return the order (because I was starving). I just wrote it off as a bad batch of chicken from their distributer. I went in today and ordered the same thing. I politely tried to explain to the woman behind the counter that there was no chicken underneath the breading last time and to please check the chicken this time. She refused to let me get the whole thought out of my mouth after several minutes, as she kept cutting me off. All the while, she had a stupid smile on here face as if she stopped me from getting one over on her. I had no intention on asking for a discount or anything remotely close and I didnt even complain, but after the back an forth, I told her to forget it and left. Worst customer service experience ever. That is saying a lot considering S Tampa business arent known for their stellar service.

I walked in with my girlfriend and our service dog because it was too hot to leave him in the car. As soon as we stepped foot in the door a very angry man sitting at a table yelled at us that we werent allowed to bring an animal inside. Caught off guard, I explained that he was a service dog, confused as to why a random patron was so angry and confrontational that we had brought him. The man replied "I guess anyone can get a f***ing service animal these days" and stormed off into the kitchen continuing to mutter angry and rude comments at us. This man turned out to be the owner/manager. We quickly left without ordering and will never set foot in there again. I have no problem with a business that doesnt allow animals, Im shocked however at the rude, confrontational and unacceptable way this store owner treated us and I would advise anyone to never give this restaurant your business.

I DO NOT RECOMEN THIS PLACE TO NO ONE I HAVE SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THIS SPECIFIC TOP CHINA OVER (NEPTUNE LOCATION OF SOUTH TAMPA) TO MENTION A FEW... -UP CHARGE MY CREDIT WITH FOR SOMETHING THE I DID CLEARLY NO ORDER! - WRONG FOOD TWICE THE ALMOST SEND ME TO ER WITH ALLERGY REACTION (BOTH TIMES SHRIMPS FIRST TIME IN (VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL) AND SECOND IN (CHICKEN SINGAPUR NOODLES) WHEN I SPECIFY CHICKEN, - THEY ARE VERY RUDE, AND COMMUNICATE WITH THEM IS ALMOST IMPOSIBLE - NO ONE SOUND TO SPEAK ENGLISH - WHEN IS TROUBLE THEY PLAY AS DUMPS CAN BE...AND ALL OF THEN WILL ATACK YOU LIKE YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG WHEN I CALL BACK TO COMPLAIN. TOP CHINA YOU HAS LOST A LONG TIME COSTUMER REALLY PEOPLE VERY PORE WAY TO DO BUSINESS I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE EVER!

Hands down, the best Chinese food in the area!!!!!! I was here visiting a friend here and we decided to get some Chinese for lunch. I didnt really want to because the last time we tried a Chinese place around here, it was awful but thank goodness I did. The place is really clean and the people working up front are so friendly and nice. After like 5 to 10 minutes, the food was ready. Wow, talk about FAST! The food was hot and fresh and most importantly, super delicious!! If you want good customer service and fresh food, then this place is just for you. So sad that I didnt live near this area but I will come back soon. Highly recommended!!

Yesterday, I walked in with my service animal and some piece of garbage working there told me I couldnt have him in there. Went to show him my identification card for my dog and he said No, I dont want to see that, apparently anyone can get a service animal these days. That damn dog. Keep in mind this is the first time I have ever set foot in this establishment and I had never met this man. He stormed off to the back and I immediately left before even ordering. Seriously poor attitude and incredibly ignorant towards my condition.

My husband and I were in the mood for Chinese food and we had their menu lying around so we decided to give Top China a try. He called and tried to place our order but the woman who he was speaking to was so unfriendly and rude that he just hung up the telephone because he didnt want to give support this restaurant if they speak to their PAYING customers in the manner she did. Way to go Top China!

This place is disgusting!!! I placed a huge order and after picking it up, going home, while getting ready to take my first bite- there was a long black hair on the top of the meat. This place needs to be flagged for inspection. Im sure theres more disgusting things going on in that restaurants that customers dont even know. -100 stars from me. Picture is attached.

Ive tried out several Chinese places within my delivery range. This place is the best. I order delivery from here about twice a month. Everything arrives hot and packaged very nicely. There isnt a delivery fee. And they are at my door within 15-20 minutes of placing the order (I live about 1.5 miles away). Strongly recommended!

I cant really review the decor as we always have had the food delivered but had to pick something for this comment to go through... but everything else is wonderful! Food arrives piping hot and delicious. We go through phases but usually order at least 3 times/month. Wonderful service!

My best friend told me that the foods at here is super good so I come here to eat every day. Very straightforward NY style take out. They never complain about my many special instructions/requests. No frills. Reliable food. This is exactly what I want from a take out restaurant.

Beware!!! These sneaky people are charging extra without telling you. They charged an extra in 10% because I used a credit card and they do not give a breakdown on your receipt disclosing the fee. Will not return on the morality (or lack of) from the owners here.

The worst food ever, fried squid over battered freezer burned squid. Egg drop soup was a thick sticky mass of water and corn starch, teriyaki beef tasted boiled. I would never eat here again, total waste of money, threw everything in the trash can.

This is the BEST Chinese food place around. I eat here at least 2x a week. Food is fantastic, always hot and fresh when I pick it up. Service is very friendly. Im from New Jersesy and its been a challange to find the good stuff... look no further!!

I about gave up on finding decent Chinese food here in Tampa. I love their Chicken with Garlic Sauce and their dumplings. Ive become a regular. Unlike other places I have tried here, this one tastes the same every time! Try it, youll like it!

Bad Chinese food with even worse attitudes. They double fried my egg roll because they were to lazy to make a fresh one. They actually did me a favor because I probably would have gotten sick if I hadnt thrown it out.
