Holy shit. Okay, so, the wife and I came here for the first time for breakfast on a Monday morning. Place was packed -- and for good reason! So there are tons of breakfast places in Tampa, right? Pretty standard stuff. Nbd. But this place has 3 primary things in spades that annihilate the other places. Even Firstwatch which was our previous breakfast go-to. 1. Food is delicious. Period. Like, surprisingly good. Put it in your face and youre all like "...mmmMMMMDUDE..." every time you bite into it. And they give you plenty of it. 2. People are chill and friendly. Not like, weird-fake friendly, but just decent people. Theyll hang out and talk for a few and give you amazing food. 3. Clean. I HATE DIRTY PLACES TO EAT. Including the wait staff and restrooms -- all new and clean. High-five. Oh, PS, we ordered a table of food -- French toast, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausages, and some lobster omlette shit, as well as 2 cups of coffee, orange juice, waters, and 1 goddamn fat cinnamon roll. $48.09 - and thats before the military discount. **TL;DR - Out of all the trendy, melinneal targeted brunch places in Tampa, this ones it.

I was super excited to come here. We walked in and were told by the hostess that there was a 35 minute wait, which is totally fine. We were about to leave to go somewhere else just because we were so hungry when a server came up to us and told us that we could be seated right away if we didnt mind sitting at a table in the sun. We agreed, which seemed to upset the hostess. She and the server started to argue about us being seated in front of us and a number of other guests, leaving my boyfriend and I in an extremely uncomfortable situation. The server then assured us that we were going to be seated and went to check on our table. Once he left, the hostess proceeded to complain about the situation. When the server came back to sit us, we walked out with another family that was being sat next to us by the hostess. When we got outside to the table, there werent enough chairs at our table which the hostess again made a big deal about. At that point we had ha enough, and just walked out. All around very very unprofessional, unwelcoming and rude employees.

Third trip. Awesome food as we have come to expect. However, today - it would have been hard to imagine worse service. It was truly hideous. We were seated on the patio. It took quite a while before a server acknowledged us. It had been so long that we were ready to order both our food and drink. It was forever before we got our drinks. Someone else delivered our food which isnt a problem, but our server NEVER checked back in. I had to flag him down to refill my iced tea which had sat empty for a long time. My daughters water never was refilled. The biggest insult was having to wait forever for the check. Another interminable wait for him to take my credit card. AND YET A THIRD hideously long wait for him to return with the credit card slip. So..when i tipped 10% - does the server understand that it was based on poor service? or does he just think we are cheap?

As a rule I shy away from chain breakfast joints. On three peoples recommendation I decided to give it a try. MISTAKE. I order chicken and waffles. Being in the south they have to have this down. Wrong. Overcooked thin breaded tough chicken. Waffle moderately tasty ice cold. Super hard whipped butter packets had zero chance of melting on the waffle iceberg. Overpriced no homey feeling I like for breakfast. Clearly kitchen does not cook withlove which is what breakfast should be. What your mom would make on a Sunday or any day of the week. Finally I sat not touching my food and asked for my check. With one bite each of waffle and chicken it was still a full plate. Waitress never asked how the food was. If she doesnt care to ask me then I write a review. DONT GO!

First visit ever to this chain. Unfortunately I was only able to get a to go order and went with the Monterey with a couple of alterations...Even though only half of my requests made it to my to go box....It was still absolutely delicious and I loved my coffee and getting to briefly chat with Amanda at the Coffee bar while I waited for my Order (which was made very quickly btw). All in all, I will definitely go back to check out the remainder of the menu....But will make sure to dine in instead :-) can definitely recommend for a very nice variety breakfast and also lunch menu....Looks like they have a variety of healthy and fit as well as "foodie" specialties as well as the traditionals. Place looks very nice and super friendly and enough staff to be run well.

Very disappointed! After being a 5th time repeat customer, the service i received was very unfortunate! Due to being fathers day, I decided to order to go, earlier in the morning, before the rush would start. I gave 40 minutes to give ample time, for the 25 minutes quoted, order to be done. When I got to the restaurant, it wasnt only not ready, but they had omitted one of the meals. It took another 20 minutes for them to get it done. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, from when I called the order and was able to walk out of the place. At no time, a sense of apology or urgency was demonstrated, since it was their error, I expected a little more. It will be a long time before, I or my family will come back, if at all.

If I could given it 0 stars I would. My wife and I attempted to eat breakfast here. The place was big and had plenty of staff but once we were sat it took the waitress about 20 minutes to greet us. I ordered the eggs benadict and my wife had walffle sliders. When my food came out it was cold after waiting 30 mins to get the food. The waitress was nice and had them recoil it. The next time they came out they were Good to go. As Im eating it I bit something hard and upon examining my food I found shards of porclin in my food. Not one apology. We got my food taken off but we still paid for my wifes food. I was expecting more caring that a customer just buy into porclin. Never going back there again!!

Nice, relaxed atmosphere with interesting, complex menu offerings. Sampled the flan stuffed French toast (very unique and tasty) as well as steel cut oats (would be better with fresh fruit IMO instead of what seemed like a berry jam). Two poached eggs were the best Ive had in recent memory - poached to perfection. Only downside in my opinion is pricing - everything was priced higher than I expected, and I didnt see the justification for it - either in quality or portion sizes. Not sure if thats a South Tampa thing or consistent at all their locations, but its reason Im giving it 4 stars. Overall, a nice breakfast experience that we might go back to a couple times a year.

First time here. Food is extremely good. They use quality ingredients without a doubt. Unique menu items. The cream cheese in Omelets was really creative and it works. Very good. Service was good for us even though some mention it being a problem. We had a good server. Problems here is a very small waiting area so when its crowded youre just in the way waiting. The other issue is this place was steaming hot inside. I asked if they could lower the air and they said its already all the way down. They clearly need an upgrade to their system. When you are uncomfortable it takes away from your experience as a customer. Again though their food is very good.
