I received awful customer service after ordering the Jamaican Jerk wrap. I took one bite while dining in and I was not satisfied with the taste. I politely asked for a different wrap because I didnt like the taste. I was told that it is my problem that I didnt like the wrap and there was nothing they could do. This reaction was rude and lacked compassion. I thought the customer was always right? The cashier went on to explain that the company would be losing money if they made me another wrap as if I hadnt just lost 6.99 plus tax on a wrap I was not satisfied with. It was interesting that she was so concerned about the ethics and the company losing money because when she made my smoothie, she made extra so that she could enjoy the benefit of a free smoothie. (I will add that the smoothie was on point). Why didnt I like the wrap? Because it did not taste like Jamaican Jerk but rather Mexican Taco Beef. I could have gone any where else to enjoy my lunch but I chose Tropical Smoothie. I will never again eat at this establishment or any other Tropical Smoothie. I should have gone to Nefetari’s.

This is about to be a mildly lengthy review, so I apologize, but I need to make sure Im clear and specific. This is the best Tropical Smoothie Cafe Ive ever been to. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The food is always the best, textbook versions of what is advertised. Other TSCs in the area have been comparatively bad; messy wraps, bad smoothie proportions, apathetic service, etc. In an attempt (yet failure) to not be overly dramatic, this specific location puts my faith back into humanity. More specifically, Jon is the shining star of the wonderfulness of this store. Jons friendly, pleasant nature and smile are contagious. He is the most genuine sales/retail/customer service person I think Ive ever known. He makes getting food this store even more satisfying. It should be the store where they film training commercials. If every TSC was like this location, profits would more than likely double. I hope they continue and make their way a tradition and infect other TSCs with their level of "awesome". Thank you as always.

Horrible service !!! Will never go back.. Wife and I stopped at this location because we were at clients down the road. Order same smoothies we get at other locations. Hers was the banana banana .. I had a chicken salad sandwich witch had almost no meat and dry as a powder house. I dont like returning food and just ate it. Next day stopped in for just a smoothie. Ordered same as usual. Hers came out in a childs cup?? Hmm. Asked why we got a childs cup, and the response was thats the only way the banana smoothie comes. She said we got one yesterday and it was in a regular size cup, so if I need to pay more for a regular we will. The employee then said we dont sell them that way you will have to take the kiddy cup. Then the manager said we must b mistaken. WOW. Well we said just give us our money back and we will leave because this is not what we ordered. Instead of just making a larger cup full they refunded the money and we left... What a joke of a place.. Never will we give them our business again.

I have been craving a strawberry banana smoothie for like two days, so I hopped on this morning to look at your hours. I was SO EXCITED when I found you opened at seven because there is a tropical smoothie on my way to work. So I drive over. So excited to finally get my stupid smoothie. And your closed. Closed! At seven. When it says you should be open. someone PLEASE change your hours online, or just open when your supposed to. I just want my stupid strawberry banana smoothie.

This morning we were standing outside with our Springtime float and went in and asked to use the restroom. The owner said it was for the customers only and refused to let us use it. Mind you Springtime brings in 9 million dollars into the community. He should have welcomed us in and offered us water, but he was a total jerk!!!!

Too slow. Poor customer service. The server told me "it wasnt his fault" that the blender wasnt mixing correctly. People also show up who "ordered on-line" and slow everything down if you dont. I waited twenty (20) minutes for my order. I ended up getting a refund.

This store on multiple occasions has closed their grill 45 to 30 minutes early because "the grill has to be cleaned before we close" and refused to make money for the store because they are staffed by employees who cut corners with no reprimand.

When u come here often and get the same thing and new guy trys to charge 12 for someting u always pay 7.29 for a smothy and a sandwich and there is no mngr to fix the problem..
