This probably goes down as one of the worst restaurants Ive ever had the luxury of going to. We were seated promptly, but after that, everything went downhill: After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to take our order, I ended up having to go ask the hostess if anyone was planning on serving us tonight. Then, once someone finally came, she said shed be right with us, and proceeded to take the drink order of the people sitting behind us. Then instead of taking our order before grabbing the drinks, she went on to go get their drinks before even asking us what we wanted. Finally our order gets taken, and we get the famous cheddar biscuits and our salads, which was very good except for the fact it was served with a plate that had the last customers crumbs all over it, as well as a dirty fork. The server didnt even notice until I had to bring it to her attention, and its not like the plate had one or two crumbs. The plate look like it completely missed the line to get cleaned up. I also had a nice eye to see the bartender was too busy talking to a co-worker notice the ticket to make the two drinks, which was very apparent when I heard our server asking him where our drinks were and he responded "Oh, theres a drink?! Oh theres two drinks?!" Now, lets cut to the main course. The food was cold and one of our plates was missing a side. When the missing side was finally brought out, it had a hair in it! Come on Red Lobster! I thought this was supposed to be at least somewhat fancy. We talked to the server and she said she would get the manager. After what seemed like another extended amount of time, The girl said the manager took one of the drinks off to make up for it. As much appreciation went into that, it still left a salty taste that the manager couldnt be bothered to show his/her face to an upset customer. As a matter of fact, there was never any sign of a manager the whole time we were there at least to ask how things were. Thanks for showing that back office duties are more important to the service industry than.. well service. Its safe to say that this will be the last time anyone in my family will set foot in this Red Lobster again. Try harder or dont bother unlocking the door when its time to open for business!

Our server kept forgetting miscellaneous things and seemed overwhelmed by the amount of guests he had to serve which I believe led to his rushed and forgetful services. Our server was not properly trained and wrongly accused my husband of cursing at him, while my husband did admit to cursing in frustration, this happened after repeated problems with our service. Our poor service began with our server forgetting the lemons we requested, we got his attention to remind him about the lemons but when he finally brought them (about ten minutes later), they were placed on the cap of a plastic cup, he brought our salads and forgot the extra dressing for my husband, when we received our entrees all but one entree was placed in front of the wrong guest, we fixed on our own only to notice he forgot the melted butter for our seafood, after asking for butter, he returned with cold hard butter, after providing the melted butter, I was then asked did I want crackers for my crab legs.... and I guess I could use my teeth and hands to eat the crab legs but arent crackers (and melted butter for that matter) standard when ordering crab legs? The managerial staff was dismissive towards our needs and issues. The staff did an awful job at rectifying a misunderstanding which ultimately led to them kicking us out. This was THE worst experience Ive ever had at any restaurant.

I tried this place again. It was between the lunch and supper rush in the Middle of the week. There was virtually NO ONE there. My server this time was attentive and ok. Last time server was bad ( they come and go though ) But this time the food was totally off. I was with three others and there was something wrong with at least one food item on every plate. My one friend got flounder and it was seriously not enough to feed a cat and this was supposed to be supper portion? To me, it also tasted more like Tilapia from publix. My coke was flat and the tea Id asked for to replace it was near rancid like it had sat there from the day before and I nearly barfed. No kidding. My friend got an appetizer and it was not piping hot at all one piece of the clearly costco quality app was still frozen. My date got an expensive fried and sauced platter and half of it was rubbery and half was drenched in butter sauce that smelled nearly turned!! Not drawn butter but turned butter?? What up guys? Yall keep going like this Youre going to not make it in Tally. The cooks are not up to snuff right now. I have loved this place since it first opened and now its shaky at best. Please improve soon.

Giudizio: consigliabile

Went on a Friday night took 30 minutes to get seated, which I was fine with. Ordered our food and brought out the salad which I did not eat because it was hot... Ive never had hot salad. Didnt say anything about it.. Waited at least an hour to get our entrees. My plate looked terrible just a few pieces of asparagus, my shrimp (which looked like baby shrimp) and literally NO rice... Once again didnt say anything but simply as for garlic butter... My date had some on his plate so I just had some of his. By the time she brought the garlic butter I was already finished with my whole meal! Service was TERRIBLE food was TERRIBLE I had higher expectations. I wish I wouldve read the reviews before I went. When we got out check, we didnt even get a pen to sign the check with. So had to get up and go ask. Was sooo ready to leave. Will not be returning.

First visit a couple weeks ago was pretty bad. Service was slow and biscuit maker quit while we were here putting biscuits to a halt. Second visit today was a let down as well. First we were sat at a table that was just wiped down that smelled like and old mildewed dish rag. After moving to new table the server was decent and attentive. A little slow but okay. The biscuits this time were under cooked. As if trying to push them out too fast. Temp needs to be brought down and cook a little slower. Wifes broccoli was under cooked too but overall the quality of the food was very good. This location needs to work on the basics of biscuit making, more attentive servers and changing out their rags they use to wipe tables more often as to be more sanitary. We wont quit on Red Lobster but we are done with this location.
