WORST LOCATION EVER!! If I could give this location negative stars I would! Im from CO and have ate many times at the original location and I have been nothing but disappointed at this expansion. The service is ridiculously slow. There is always a line that extends to the front door and sometimes beyond it. The staff is frequently engaged in conversations among themselves and fail to listen to customer requests i.e putting a little salsa on the side instead of a whole ladle full on the food . If you request specific modifications to your order such as corn tortillas instead of flour for your tacos they act exasperated and become rude instantly. The music is very loud and sometimes so loud I have to almost shout to communicate with the staff. The portioning of the food is completely out of control. Always to much rice, huge spoonfuls of runny sour cream and never enough meat, cheese or guacamole. If you ask for additional portions of anything they give your a quarter portion at most then become indignant. The beans are always swimming in juice which ends up in your meal, the rice is flavorless, and sometimes the meat is clearly under cooked. I could continue to go on about all the issues plaguing this location but I wont, suffice it to say that I have given this location many chances to redeem itself and it fails spectacularly every time.

Have eaten here quite a bit lately and the service has been fast, although the lines can be long, and I have not had anything close to a bad meal here. :) Update: Do not use the app or call ahead ordering unless you are going to be there within fifteen minutes or less. They decide to make the order as soon as possible rather than prepare it just before you are scheduled to get there. This results in your food sitting around for however long becoming soggy and less appetizing. Not to mention the portions on the meat have been becoming more and more stingy and half of the employees look at you with a blank stare if you ask for anything even slightly different from what they are used to making.

Got a bowl today and when I took a bite of it a piece of rock or pit from the avocado was inside. I almost broke my molar, I tapped it against the table and it was hard like a rock. I also hurt the back of my gum. I called chipotle and the manager seem to ask all this questions and stating I will only get the bowl not the other items I order. I really would care less I didnt even finished eating the one I bought why would I want to eat the same thing the next day. Did not like the customer service. The manger seem quite rude. And my order was not even correct, no chili sauce, which I did not seem to mind until I was almost left with a chipped tooth because of a rock in my food.

Had a great experience here this week. Started out rough because last week, I placed a pick up order with the app and prepaid. Got a call from Jessica while on the way to pick up and was told the power went out and they could not fill the order. She said she would hold the receipt and I could pick up the order anytime, she was very apologetic. A week later, I placed the same order with the app and went to pick it up. Jessica was working and remembered me and took care of me with no problems. They even gave me a fountain drink while I waited, I showed up early. Great job Jessica and Chipotle.

Very bad service, slow, unorganized and sometimes undercooked the steak. The server gets confused even when I told them what I wanted in front of there faces. I tried the online order that way when I get there my meal will be done, guess what none of them prepare my pickup order when I arrived, Ive waited 15 minutes. The rice is terrible in order to keep them fresh so to speak they squeeze a gallon of lemon on the rice and it takes over the flavor. With the recent outbreak of illness you can receive in Chipotle I would avoid this place at all cost.

Despite being close to closing time and by the time I got here they were closed. The manager let me get my chipotle fixed. The staff even went out of their way to make my order perfect despite being out of some ingredients. While ordering the staff was more than kind and gave no attitude what so ever. There accommodated me completely and made it one of if not the best chipotle experience Ive had yet. This chipotle is dope and any true chipotle fan knows how important getting their fix is thankfully this chipotle was kind enough to let me get mine.

I was just there at 9:30pm 5/20/2017. The staff was very rude specially the girl in charge. This people here needs to be retrain again if they want this chipotle to success. I order a barbecue burrito and they charge me extra for meet that I didnt ask for. What really bother is that people in from of me where asking for a lot of extra things and she didnt even asked if where extra, bottom line you have to treat every customer equally if you dont want to lose customers.

We went there last night, the staff was extremely rude, it was utter chaos in there. The dish boy came and took the old rice pan and took the spoon by mistake the girl who was working that part of the line began to curse over it. We get home with our food and it was NOT good! Had a different kind of taste to it than normal. Woke up this morning and all 5 of us are sick with what seem to be a bad case of food poisoning. So very upsetting.

The meat is very tasty. Svc was good, but I felt pressured to ordered because so many other people were waiting. They give you way too much rice and not enough meat. I bought three bowls 2 chicken 1 steak and two burritos - at 6.50 each it was extremely expensive for mostly rice. they should give you option not to add so much rice.

Chipotle is great. This particular location sucks. The staff is slow and rude. The managers goof off with employees that come in off the clock to hang out WHILE THERES A LINE OF CUSTOMERS NOT BEING WAITED ON. Fix this branch or hire new managers.

Went their about closing last night, which I hate to do. . But, you would of never known, employees seemed like it was the middle of the day, and the food was just as fresh, available, and good. Glad its in the Neihborhood.

I was there Sunday 4/30/17 around 3PM. Food was cold, brown rice unsalted, bad presentation on the serving area, dirty room, staff rushing. Disappointing compared to other Chipotle I have been to.
