Me and my kids and husband go here offen when we spend time with our kids and take them to do stuff, and the pizza is always good and so are the desserts. But we went there today and as they was putting out more pizza a young man that worked there dropped the old pizza and put a fresh one up there and put the thing that u get the pizza with under the pizza. They wouldnt give me a fresh pizza with a couple pieces to myself like they nornally do. The desserts was cold and felt and tasted like they have been frozen andd they wouldnt make me any hot ones they just took the old ones back and put more sugar on them.. Then when i went and talked to the manger she said they Didnt make fresh ones those are what we get me and my family walked out we wasnt able to finish our food bc they was so rude and being very nasty. You shouldnt be using stuff u drop on the floor for fresh food and u should always try to please ur customers.. Not very pleased and will be contacting the office above them.

We went here for lunch and at first they said that they couldnt do thin crust because they were out, and that did not even make sense. Then as we were trying to ask about making a personal pizza (that we usually do thin crust) we were rudely cut off and didnt even get to order it. After that we considered getting a refund, but instead we spoke to a manger. We asked the manager and they said oh we can do thin crust because its normal crust just stretched (which we knew already which is why them saying they were out didnt make sense). We got that taken care of and got our drinks. As we were getting the ice we noticed dirt in it. We poured it out tried rinsing the cup to see if it might just be the cup, but no, the ice just had dirt in it. We even tried 3 times and showed the manager and she didnt say anything. We asked for a refund and she seemed irritated but we left and went to the one in Easley instead. Do not go here it is gross!

CiCis is a chain restaurant serving buffet-style pizza. The pizza isnt great, but you can eat all you want. It is a buffet, so everyone in the restaurant will be handling the food as you wait in line to get a slice of pizza. The Haywood road store is large and has plenty of parking. So, you shouldnt have any trouble getting in and finding a place to sit. The staff isnt great. The last time we were there, I noticed that most of the staff came in late and one guy left to hang out in his car with (I assume) his girlfriend for a while. The restaurant is somewhat clean. The bathroom was not, which is disappointing because I was there when they opened. It should have been cleaned between close and open. The salad bar obviously used left-over food from the previous day. Some cucumbers were turning brown and the lettuce was wilted. Overall, if you want a lot of cheap pizza, this will do it for you.

The Pizza, itself was VERY Good. I especially enjoyed the Pepperoni Stuffed Crust, and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. The Buttery/Garlic Cheese Bread was pretty good, as well. When it came down to it, the Dessert Pizza(s), Cinnamon Rolls, and the Brownies were all still Warm/Fresh tasting. The Bavarian Cream Pizza was "Par for The Course", and beckoned for me to go back again, and again, and again to get more of it. I remember coming to this Location as a Child, and with my Parents. It was a Weekly, "Family" ordeal for us, and we always enjoyed it. Im 27 years old, now....and I still remember it all. My only issue from Today, was the fact that a Teenager had Vomited all over the Restroom....which to me, was that not really that Big of a Deal. I will definitely continue to return, and eat at this Location 1

Where do I begin? We moved here from Ohio, where Cicis was a favorite destination of the kids. But we wont be going back to this one. As the manager sat filling out W-4s (with a big binder labeled "Employee Termination Packets" sitting on his table) in the middle of the restaurant, employees struggled. Piles of food and plates on tables left un-bused, servers trying to deliver pizzas with no idea where they went, pizzas literally falling off the end of the cooking conveyor onto the floor. Bathrooms filthy, floors filthy. Remarkably, the pizza was pretty good - par for the course at Cicis. The only redeeming factor was how much humor we derived from the level of unprofessionalism. That, and I got to show my kids a real-life lesson: how poor management can destroy a business.

Our experience at the cicis pizza on Haywood Road was really bad. The cashier was unpleasant didnt smile didnt say hey welcome to cicis or anything.... When went around to the pizza and my husband asked if they could make a macoroni pizza (this was at the beginning of our visit) well we got our first plate and went to sit down and all of the tables were dirty with plates and trash all over the floor. We found a table which we had to wipe off and sat down to eat. Well fifteen minutes go by and my husband goes back to see if the macoroni pizza was ready and the lady says "its coming right out" he looks over and the guy is just now making the pizza. Needless to say we left without the pizza and will not be back.

The place was dirty especially the bathroom and we all know what they say about a restaurant with a filthy bathroom. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza with oregano for our table it came 45 minutes after the order and we were getting the kids ready to leave. The pizza was cut into rectangles.?. There was another family who left without getting their special order. The waitress just put the pizza down at the empty table with all the dirty dishes. Needless to say we will not be returning to this particular Cicis

I have eaten at this location MANY times over the years and always had good experiences. Yesterday my family and I ate there and the food was mediocre at best. Some of the pizzas looked slightly burned, the cinnamon rolls were still doughy on the inside and the boy working there who Im assuming was the manager got snotty with the girl waiting on me to leave the salad bar to clean it. This place has gone downhill

What are we here for? Buffet pizza, right? Ive always liked Cicis. We had a party of about 12. It was my dads first time eating @ Cicis. He didnt know he was supposed to pay before being seated so he walked right passed the clerk and sat down. She didnt complained - she just smiled and rung up the next customer. Cicis is a great buffet pizza place esp. for groups with children.

Definitely a place to take the kids, but not so good as a dinner place to go have dinner with your spouse. Very over crowed, dirty, bathrooms were terrible. And a ton of kids!! So make sure to check your pizza before eating.... Watched one kid pick his nose then touch the pizza on the buffet.
