First after a 40min round trip the pizza was wrong. So they told me it would be ready when I get back there. Shocker it wasnt. Another 15mins waiting the second pizza came out wrong. Then they blame it on me. Then said they would refund my money but lied about what my ticket price was the first time and flat out refused to give me the customer service number. And after a total time of 1HOUR AND 40MINS the so call manager said it just a pizza why are you so upset? Really? NO its the hungry 2 year old at home that cant have what was on the first pizza. Its the fact that shes crying because I show her a pizza then couldnt let her eat. And the comments about spoiled white people. Those comments are RACEST. AND WRONG.....how about you doing your job. THERES AN IDEA.

Ordered online this morning at 10am. Walked into the store to pick up my order at 11:15 am. Was told by the cashier "we had issues so you have to wait 10 minutes." Waited 35 minutes at the counter along with another guy. Finally brought my order to me at 11:50. Order was incorrect I ordered Parmesan breadsticks she gave me breadsticks with garlic butter dripping off the sides. Told her thats not what I ordered she became upset and told me "I dont know what to tell you." Customer even offered the other customer free breadsticks when we waited the same exact amount of time. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Terrible customer service!

To keep this simple, I ordered the "Bacon-crust pepperoni pizza with a side of free cheesesticks(appreciated). The confirmation said it would be ready by 8:34, I got there and it was not ready.. When I go to Dominos or Papa Johns, I never wait. The pizza was soggy, hardly any bacon in the crust, and wait for it.. I was given a non-pepperoni pizza. This is the last time I buy pizza hut, how degrading of a company to allow such mediocre service! If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. *Spits on ground*

Called this location close to closing time and they were nice enough to take our order. Delivery time was quick and the food was hot and delicious. I called the store for ranch before the pizza was delivered but the driver had already left. An employee was nice enough to actually bring it to us (even though someone else had put it in the box) on his way home. Dont let the other reviews fool you. Id definitely order from here anytime.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! They lost my address, didnt hesitate to call when they didnt make it to our apt, which is two minutes away from their facility. Then after waiting well over an hour past the estimated delivery time, they said ok well we still have the pizza we can still take it you. Pizza was cold and disgusting. Customer Service blows. NO RESPECT.
