Okay lets set a couple things straight before I leave a review. I have looked at a couple of reviews on here about the customer service of this place and such and people solely basing their ratings on that and also another obnoxious post about a 3 year old being denied the restroom at the moment because they were not a paying customer at the moment. Most bagel places and small coffee shops have young staff and high rotation team member due to the job in itself. You cant solely base the quality of food, beverages, and treats of this place based on college and high school girls that are there trying to make some spending money. Of course we all have a level of service we expect but lets be honest the level of service has gone down in many establishments over the years and the "Im just here for a paycheck" mentality is more common than not now. As far as the 3 year old being denied the restroom because the parent wasnt buying anything. Come on now, the manager obviously has instructions from her boss to not let anyone strolling by use their restrooms. This is just plain business etiquette where they look out for their customers and appearance of their properties (not saying the 3 year old was going to wreck the place) while offering their services to their paying customer at the moment. You act like this is the only place in the world that only allows "paying customers" to use their restroom. They provide food and beverages, they arent a public restroom. Lets be a little more realistic. So for my review!! I think this place is great! They recently put a spinach casserole on their menu and I tried it and was pleasantly surprised. It was excellent. Their bagels are always fresh and moist. They dont cut shortcuts when making the bagels and the bakery items are always excellent. The service can be a little slow at times but for the most part you receive a great meal and the coffee is always fresh. Dont let the reviews scare you away from a great bagel place. Try it for yourself and be your own judge. Keep doing your thing Fish Hawk Bagels!!!!

Ive been going to fishhawk bagels since i moved to florida in august of 2016. Ive honestly always had a really really good experience and the cream cheese is amazing. The bagels are delicious and they have many options. The girls are wonderful and polite and even help you in drivethru when you order something that doesnt generally go with the rest of what youve ordered. The reason for my review however is to say that im disappointed with todays experience. I went in and spent a little more than i normally would and all i had was cash on me and i had a bunch of 50s and no change. The kid at the counter asked his manager if he could break a 50 and without even a smile or an im sorry the manager says its too early. I had to look at him and ask what im supposed to do and the manager replied dont you have a credit card? I said no because i really dont. The reason for the 4 stars is because he came over and broke the 50 after all but the way it all transpired just put a bad taste in my mouth. I love fishhawk bagels and its just sad to know the employees dont enjoy working there nor take pride in their customer service. Hopefully the future will be different. I come every sunday.

Negative 5 Stars!!!! The Management and employees should be FIRED!!! Marya (Manager) REFUSED my 3 year old daughter the bathroom, because my wife was not going to purchase something at the moment. We have been to the very small and below average facility numerous time over the years we have lived here in Fishhawk. (Supporting our local businesses) BTW...there was only one person sitting in the restaurant...so they were NOT busy. I REFUSE to use this restaurant ever again....and will encourage every Military member, Law Enforcement, Educator or any resident of the local community from visiting FISHHAWK BAGELS ever again. What manager REFUSES a 3 year old from using the restroom....buying something or not....what kind of Mother/Woman would refuse a small child the restroom with her mother holding them??? The Manager (Marya) should be ashamed of herself! I have been on numerous combat deployments to the Middle East.....and the Taliban have been more accommodating than the management at Fishhawk Bagels.

This is Sunday breakfast. We like to come here and get an egg-cheese in a bagel. The food is good, (although microwaved, I wish they had an actual griddle or something to "cook" your eggs fresh), the coffee is really good, better than strbks. The staff is friendly but they have the most disorganized system of taking orders that Ive ever seen. They take forever yet they are running around like chicken in that little kitchen, to get your order done. They seem to manage but you cant see an organized flow of people doing their job. So be patient and have a good time.

Went today after morning rush with 5 kids and bought a dozen bagels and 3 spreads about $25. We were the only customers, and took our bagels to the outside table to eat. The staff came out to tell me if we ate there they would have to charge me for 6 individual bagels with cream cheese and a half dozen bagels to go. With all the other local business to support I will find a new bagel shop!!

Nice and clean. Coffee is strong! Bagels are very good and fresh. Wish they had a Cinnamon sugar bagel....but we loved it! Closest to Riverview. A family owned business. A little slow...but the girls are young...and at least they are working and doing something constructive. Good atmosphere

They have a habit of closing much earlier than their posted time. So if you plan to stop by at 245P or 230P when they (in theory) close at 3PM you might just be screwed because they randomly decided to close early. Next time Im just going to Einsteins.. At least I know when they are open.

It has been awhile since I was in this place. Wednesday I decided to give them another chance, I waited in the drive Tru for 5 minutes and the girl that was working just ignore me, I was so upset because I need something to eat before work. I am never coming back what a waste of time.

The best bagels Ive found in this area. Authentically made, very tasty. We buy them by the dozen, they slice them for us, we take them home and freeze em. Good service at either the counter or drive thru window (love a bagel shop with drive thru service!).

worst customer service ever. will never go back. For a Family-owned business u would think they would be more polite. Messed up order drove home called and blamed my for ordering wrong. I never thought getting a bagel would be so stressful. it a shame!

I love this place after my Saturday morning runs. The staff is friendly and efficient, handling sudden rushes very well. The food is very good and reasonably priced, and I love their cafe con leche

Being a NYer, Im a bit picky when it comes to my bagels. These are pretty good. They also have a good variety of pastries and muffins, coffees and teas. The staff is wonderful.

Bagels of good quality. I am still searching for bagels to call excellent. They didnt know what kind of coffee they serve. My wife tried the coffee and deemed it disgusting.
