I walked over 3 miles to this location to have breakfast. I was looking forward to a soufflé. Upon my arrival "Quinn" told me very rudely there are no souffles (although they are on the menu). No explanation although I asked. I proceeded ordering a bagel with cream cheese. I told him I was visually impaired and could not read what kind of bagels were available. I just had to guess what I thought I would like and he said "no, we dont have those". At no time did he offer to read the options out to me. So I kept guessing till I "hit" one that was available. He also did not tell me that there were options for cream cheese and I was given "plain" . Finally a lady behind the counter helped me and told me what the option were. This you man should not be anywhere near to the walk in public. No hello, no smile NOTHING. So I had my bagel and walked 3 miles back home. This happened around 11.00 am on Saturday, December 3rd, 2016

Meh. Its nothing special. The layout isnt cozy what so ever. All the seats, are separated from the main counter by a wall. It absolutely disconnected the service and warmth. The only thing warm was the seats...which were always in the sun. The location is long and skinny, and you feel like youre walking in a tour bus. Definitely ruins the experience. The staff are efficient at their job, but they never seem to be fully invested in who theyre serving. The food is excellent though. The one thing I can say good about this location is that the food is fresh and delicious, as youd expect from a Panera. The parking is pretty good too. Thats all. Definitely take your family, or yourself to Clearwater Panera if you want that bookstore feel.

This is the closest location. But i wont go back. 1st time i ordered green goddess salad to go no chicken. I didnt pay that much not to get the chicken. When i called to complain i was told a $5coupon would be sent. Neber got it. Yesterday i went back. Same salad but for my keto diet i ordered extra avocado eggs and bacon, which cost more $. The avocados were. Still had the stickers on it because they left the rind on it. And NO bacon at all. The qual check of orders is on me. But i ordered them to go. Silly me for not checking. I get a 2 star too.

I had puchased two bread bowls with broccoli soup.We had purchased two and they were not cheap.Meanwhile they ran out of bread bowls and my daughter called and wanted soup and I got a cup without bread.Her cup was larger than the cup for our bread bowl.when I filled the bread bowl it filled about forty percent of the bread bowl.Six spoonfuls and it was empty. We called the manager and we explained our bread bowls are filled to the top when we eat there.He agreed and politely said that what happens for carry out and that is just the way it is.

They dont have all flavors of soup everyday. If you have a favorite, know which days they serve it before you go there. You can order online and your food will be waiting for you as you walk in on the right on a shelf in a paper bag. Update on 19 November 2016: Ordered online, food was ready in 10 minutes as promised. We think that the to do portions might appear to be a bit smaller than in the restaurant. Food ordered online can be modified. We had several modification requests and they were all followed perfectly.

The food is good but if they dont have what you want that doesnt really matter. I cant tell you how many times I have gone there and they are out of most flavors of bagels. I even went Easter morning before 1100, which you would think they would make extra on holidays but they were out. Its Panera Bread....not Panera salad, or Panera soup....which by the way you never seem to run out of those menu items. Get with it!

Placed a to go order. They spilled the contents all over the bag. My salad was half empty. We didnt get a Mac and cheese. When we went back to fix it they were not nice or accommodating. They told me I ordered a half salad so thats why it was half full, even though I have ordered this salad a hundred times from other paneras and my half box is always full. A whole salad comes in a larger box. Not a happy customer.

Terrible! Ordered an everything bagel, they came back 10 minutes later to say they were being made and would be another 10 minutes, I waited an additional 15 only for them to tell me they actually werent making them and that I had waiting almost a half hour for NOTHING! They obviously have their heads up somewhere where the sun doesnt shine!

Soup was very hot with excellent croutons. My favorite is creamy tomato. The new sandwich I ordered today is Bacon Turkey Bravo. Quite tasty on tomato fresh bread. The potato crisps are wonderful, their own brand. Very clean. My only complaint: the door hydraulic closer is due for replacement. It slammed every time it closed!

The best Baker name Alma she really puts all the effort to bake all the product, as they should be.The most important part of panera is how the Baker bakes all the products. When you walk inn you see all the products like on a picture. Awesome job. The product taste delicious as they look.

Today I had the worst customer service at this Panera, a girl named Adriana toasted my Bagels I requested have them toasted again because they were just warm . She rolled her eyes, said "oh my god" and slammed the bagels on the counter. Because of her I am not returning.

Worked in the area for the past 2 months. Love Panera food but this store in Belleair Bluffs is the worst. Depressing atmosphere . Almost rude help . They need to clean house of current staff messy floors.as well.

Rapid pick up is never ready on time. Waited 20 minutes. Watched the girl sign off saying she checked the bag without even opening it and then i was missing items. People were not at all friendly.

Just picked up my lunch, and a little disappointed with my sandwich. Wheres the meat and cheese, mostly onions, no lettuce or tomatoes . Papaya green tea great and broccoli, cheese soup good.

I always like going to this store as it is near my workplace. Staff is friendly and my orders are completed with care. No long wait,usually in and out in 5 minutes, this around 7am ish.

Been there on several occasions and staff seems to always be confused, they always get my orders wrong and incomplete. Not the best panera Ive been to.
