Experience was appalling. The server suggested a flavor for my nieces wings. She told her she didnt think she would like them, so the server suggested putting the sauce on only five and a different sauce on her other five. My niece tried it and didnt like them. She asked if she could take those five and get her five more with a different sauce and the server said no she couldnt do that. But she cold bring another sauce for her to pour on top of the ones she didnt like. I was disgusted at this server suggestion. Ive never been to a restaurant that wont replace disliked food with something liked or take off a percentage of the bill. Then they served my niece soured milk. When my niece told me her milk tasted funny I tasted it along with my mother. When given the milk back to the person I think was the manager, he looked at us as if she was lying, in which I found extremely rude. My mother and I both looked at him and told him that we both tasted it as well. No one apologized for serving my niece soured milk, which she had drank some of. While asking for the bill, my mother said "Make sure the milk is taken off. The server said I dont know, Ill have to ask. Are you serious??????Who in their right mind would pay for soured milk????The is the worst restaurant I have ever been too. They dont listen, they dont make things right, they are rude and dont care about the customer at all. Definitely wouldnt suggest this restaurant to anyone. Save your money, its not worth it. Go to a different one or another restaurant all together. The worst experience Ive ever had.

Was sick in bed and my mom was at Hurricane Grill so I had her order my children, husband and I the 20 piece sampler with the sauce on the side. We eat at Hurricane grill at least once a week for the last 4 years. Jeff was always the owner we dealt with and have never had a problem. When the food came the sauces were all over the wings mixed up in one box. I handed my 2 year old one of the teriyaki, not realizing it had been mixed with my husbands Category 4 super hot wings. I wasnt planning on complaining until I realized how upset my son was that he couldnt eat any. I called them up and nicely explained what had happened. Kimberley was the "owner" who answered my call and said I would have to bring back every wing to prove they messed up and that she would only replace what was left. I asked to speak to the manager because of how rude she was on the phone and she proudly said she was the owner. When I got there to pick up my order I tried to explain what was messed up and she kept talking over me. I explained, all she would have to do was fix the order and I would be gone and that is was a real inconvenience to have to load up my whole sick family to get the wings replaced. She said "well maybe you should go tend to your kids" and then threatened to call the police! I have never in my life had an experience like this and I WILL NEVER GO BACK THIS HURRICANE GRILL AGAIN!

We have enjoyed the food, service and outdoor waterside dining at this particular site for about 2 years now. I have been prompting some friends to check it out and they finally did this past week... I asked them what they thought and found out that they didnt even make it thru their meal before having upset stomachs and digestive issues. Needless to say, they wont be returning. We went out to lunch this week and went to this Hurricane, since it has been our fave and 3 of us ordered 3 different things (Kids quesadilla & fries, Buffalo Nachos, 10 pc. boneless wings w/ the raspberry sauce. The "digestive" issues hit me about halfway thru and upon returning home we were all 3 in the restroom with issues. We have never had any kind of issues like this after eating at this Hurricane before. Something is wrong with the food, the cleaning processes or something!! PLEASE FIX IT, so we can return!

We had a To-go order tonight and I will never waste my money on this establishment again. I ordered nachos without onions the charged me for extra jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream which I didnt ask for and they put onions all over it. We also ordered the bacon and cheese fries with real cheese instead of the cheese sauce. We got the cheese sauce anyways. I asked for carrots and ranch for the wings and never got them. I called and spoke with the owner Kimberly who told me next time I come in to ask for a manager to take my order to make sure its right.... I was completely floored! I could believe she said that to me. I was charged for things I didnt ask for and thats that was the response from the owner. I will never be back again! Save your money or go to Leftys!

Service was extremely poor.... Our food was good but, within a matter of 20 minutes we had 3 servers and only recieved half of our drinks for a table of 4. When our table asked to speak to the manager, Kimberly Kinkaud, she was a poor excuse for a superviosr. She told our table (Based off of our work scrubs/uniforms) that "we had no buisness drinking being that we are working in the medical field". When we asked for her general managers or franchise owners telephone number Kimberly stated she was the owner. I am frequent consumer at hurricanes and enjoy they food and service elsewhere. If you want to really enjoy what they have to offer simply DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Runnn!!! Do not eat here, save your money. Friend ordered food and the fries came out cold, he asked for new fries but when the fries returned they only appeared to of have been re - fried, causing them to be soggy and nasty. The owner was our server as we were sitting at the bar. She had a bad attitude and was just simply nasty with us. All she needed to do was give him new fries and it would of been a good experience. Do your selves a favor and head to Tradition or Saint Lucie West. I feel bad for the employees. This place isnt going to last much longer.

This was the worst time I ever had. I have been to the one in Traditions and the service was great. But this one was not. We asked to speak to a manger and the manger was very rude and yelled in my families face. I have never been so shocked in my life. This woman could not even admit to her mistakes. Sorry but I would never let anyone go to this one. Head towards Traditions they have a nice staff and great service.

Save your money! Service was the worst! Food was ok when it finally came. The table we were seated at was dirty. The server was completely lost! Three of us were here to eat and the server brought three drinks and one straw. Appetizer came with twi plates and two forks.( remember there are three of us. The sodas were flat and no flavor. What a waste of what was a good place to eat at one time.
