Worst god dam restaurant Ive ever ordered from. Took over an hour and 20 minutes to deliver our food, so I call them and the woman says they will be here soon, but nope takes even longer, then the food arrives all soaking wet and soggy and cold. They should be shut down and out of service because their service is absolute crap and the people are rude as f*** biggest waste of money and worst restaurant. Dont recommend to anyone us less you strive off crappy food and service. Also I want to add that I ate about 3 bites of my buffalo chicken wrap and it tasted horrible and the nachos were so soggy and tasted horrible and my brothers turkey club he didnt even touch because it looked awful. This place should really not be in business.

Terrible...only went there because it was attached to our hotel. Ordered a 3 egg omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes, it was terrible, dry, tasteless almost. My mother ordered the hungry man, suppose to come with 3 eggs, only got two, and they werent even done. They were still raw. She brought them back, asked them to make new ones and they still were raw. The pancakes were horrid, the hash browns were burnt, and I mean burnt. Nasty food. Dont put this in your body, I did the dirt work for you.

Horrible service, placed order for delivery, got order and it was wrong called to get it fixed and was told they would have to check with the manager and then hung up on me, called back and was asked to hold so they could get the mgr and hung up on me again, called back and was told the manager wasnt aroumd and they couldmt fix my order cause thr kitchen disnt have any more and they would talk to the manager about refunding my money, so basically i got robbed,

Service sucked ass. Couldnt find the waitress half the time and when she was around she was nodding out every two seconds like she had been shooting up drugs in the back. Food took over a hr and a half which I had wings that take 12min top to cook and didnt even get my whole order. Junkies serving food not a great combo

This place usually has great food, but today it was terrible. Ordered the gitmo and I still cant get the burnt burger taste out of my mouth. Only one patty at that when it clearly comes with two. The fries tasted freezer burnt, it was absolutely terrible. What happened to that place? It used to be good.

How to order room service if there is no phone in the room? Front desk just said some rooms do not have it. It isnt a long weekend and with plenty of rooms empty she could not let me have a non-smoking room because it is more expensive. Wyndham my @zzz..

I ordered a buffalo wrap from midtown bar and grill and it was bomb .....sooo good I had to order two this week one for me as well as for my fiance only a huge problem they were plain no buffalo sauce. . :-( big disappointment .......
