They dont have respect to the clients, they dont ask you if you looking the tv, they just change the Channel, without asking you if you see the program. Im a costumer like others, the worse part is I argue why they change the program that Im looking, she tool me "move to other sit to see the program". Thank you for nothing.ahora voy a hacer un comentario adicional en español, para que entiendan mejor mi opinion. Creo y opino que como cliente me merecía un poco de respeto de parte de los empleados, es simple, pregúnteme primero si estoy viendo el programa,luego si mi respuesta es no,entonces pueden hacer el cambio de canal. La bartender por no decirle la cantinera, porque suena feo optó por no volver a atenderme en el resto de la noche. Creo que la calificación del servicio no debe ser acumulativo, porque el servicio no es creo yo Igual que tres o cuatro años atrás. Mi opinión personal es que deben de evaluar el personal del este local. El echo de que sea una sola persona no es motivo de discriminación. Podría seguir, pero," muerto el pollo se acabo el Loquillo".

This place is my favorite place who ever reads this review do not stop reading, all the other negative reviews are not true this place i can say is the best spot in MIAMI any where you go its horrible tables nasty service but not here at Doral Billiards they worry about your every move if you need a refill they make sure to ask half way through the cup to see if you need another round, that bathrooms are super clean and smell great, as to the bar backs and bartenders they are very well trained by management which make sure they have all the girl ready for a busy night always! I can say Ive gone to so many billiards and none have i like service or food or anything they provide the glasses at the Miami Lakes Pool Hall are all not properly washed and the pool tables are not taken care of at ALL, but come to Doral Billiards the food omg i cant even say other places have food like grease balls and nasty lettuce ext... But not this place you can order a hangover burger and it will be the juiciest burger you can ask for at a sports bar the fries are perfect they are very tasty as well and the chicken quesadilla dont even get me started it the most tasting thing i have ever ate nice and fresh food that falls in your tummy just right. The place is super clean the pool tables are always whipped and clean after every table leaves. So any reviews that anyone thinks on leaving please make sure you give facts about this place. Despues de visitar varios lugares, llegue a doral billards. Excelente lugar, mesas bolas y paños profesionales. Todo en optimas condiciones muy buena atencion y servicio. Para los Argentinos es un poco costoso pero vale la pena. Los dias lunes y martes tiene un 50% de descuento. Mucha variedad de tragos y buena comida. Tambien cuenta con mesas de billar para 3 bandas muy recomendables. Los encargados muy atentos y coordiales. Algunos empleados hablan español, lo que facilita el pedido. De todo lo que vusque para jugar, es lo mejor. Saludos al.personal de Doral Billards.

We went here while traveling because it was close to our hotel. The bar had about 20 screens, three of which were tuned to two separate soccer games, and the other 17 or so to the same basketball game. We asked our waitress if one of the screens could be turned to a hockey game. (It wasnt crowded, as there were about 2 screens for every three patrons.) She said, no, they could not do that, they were ALL watching the Miami Heat game! But...shed be happy to change channels in about 2 hours when the Heat game was over. Then she confessed as an aside that she didnt know how to change channels anyway, the boss would have to do it and he wasnt there at the moment. Well, the game wasnt a Heat game in the first place, it was a Toronto-Cleveland game, and this is the only sports bar in the world that Ive been to that did not try to accommodate a paying customer. Stupid waitress. Stupid management. Avoid this place unless you just want to shoot pool.

I went there last night. Unless youre already friends with the people who work there, the servers were not friendly at all. I felt like I was an uninvited guest at a house party when I was there. I was pretty much was ignored from the moment I sat at the bar, while waiting for my group of friends who were coming late. The bartender kept on having conversations with her friend-customers, and continued doing so even after I told her my drink order, and never delivered what I ordered. The other server was busy on her phone almost all the time. When my group finally came and I rementioned my order, which of course, interrupted her conversation, she clearly looked annoyed at me for doing that. The atmosphere and the place overall was actually quite nice, but maybe a better training could improve the service quality. At this level of hospitality, I would not recommend or nor would ever come back to this establishment.

I dont play pool or drink much but when I do, this is the only place in Doral I go to. Very consistent, great specials. Professional management. Attentive staffs. Carambola tables. Pool tables. Hookah. Outside bar. Prices reasonable. It will work out great if you are not a picky drinker and work around their daily specials. LOL. I think this bartenders name is Laura. My favorite. Gabriel, one of the managers.. hats off to him. Working his butt off every night. I mean they all work their butts off but those are the two names I can remember. I think yall will enjoy this place..

Aside from the nice Brunswick pool tables and decent drink specials, this place is a joke. The service is mediocre at best, waited 10 minutes for a drink on a more than half empty bar. Sure, maybe this one bartender isnt the best but its not the first time this has happened. That said, automatic 3 stars down for filtering what music can be played on the jukebox. I respect this place being able to do whatever they want with their establishment, and Im sure they have a crowd they want appease to but if youre just going to play the same 3 genres of music, hire a DJ.

Ridiculously expensive!!! $20 for a bud light bucket of 5 beers!! pool tables $20 per hour!!! and the place is old and smells!! the place needs a huge update!!! even the tables are the cheapest pool tables you can find. the tables have a basket on every corner to catch the ball instead of the more high end pool tables where you do not have to walk around the table collecting the balls. The waitresses and staff or also incredibly rude they force 20% tip and claim it is the law!! Terrible place. We will never go again! Do not recommend at all! Stay away.

I was celebrating my fiancée birthday tonight, and there is a guy who came to tell a friend of ours he couldnt drink of his wife drink, but he didnt introduce himself or anything he just ask my friend "are you a girl". Very disrespectful. Very unprofessional. It really ruined a great night and the nice job the servers were doing went completely south.....it appears that the guy works here...yet I dont know his name or position in this premises. I though of giving this place a try,
