I just spent half an hour trying to submit a take-out order to this TGI Fridays. The phone was busy for most of the time, and I tried calling like every two minutes (how can a business have a phone tied up for half an hour?). The one time I did get through, someone promptly put me on hold and I listened to a beeping sound for six minutes before I hung up. This has happened to me before at this location. If my wife didnt like the food, I wouldnt bother even trying. The last time I was able to place a take-out order, I went in and waited, with four other people, at the take-out area by the kitchen. I waited ten minutes, and servers flew by us every few seconds, but no one talked to any of us. Another guy said he had been waiting there half an hour. Finally, I stopped someone and pointed out that no one was being helped with their take-out orders. A girl was retrieved from the back of the kitchen and my food was found sitting on the kitchen counter (I left with it twenty minutes after I had been told it would be ready). On a previous occasion, they ignored a special request for mayonnaise on the side; not a big deal, but I think its just another part of their disregard for take-out customers. I dont even think they have parking spaces assigned to take-out customers, like every other place has. I realize take-out service can be considered secondary to the patrons at tables, but this establishment seems to give it barely any attention at all. Ive gotten take-out at the Applebees, Outback Steakhouse, Chilis, and other restaurants nearby, and have never had any issue at all. Im not sure if this TGI Fridays is just incompetent, or theres an employee slacking off. Whatever it is, they should know theyre losing take-out customers.

Bueno este lugar de verdad que es bueno el único problema es que salgo caro es algo costo Si tú no te pongas a caerte tragos porque después te mamás anda todo borracho pidiendo traigo como un loco ibas a terminar pagando con el culo porque de verdad quieres algo costoso pero lo voy a dejar tranquilos porque el perro me está diciendo que se está cargando no voy a sacar un momento a caminar por aquí espero que tengan un muy bonito día y muy buenas noches

If I could give this place less stars I would. The manager Jennifer was incredibly rude both on the phone before we came and in person, the hostess Cassandra was also incredibly rude and hung up the phone when I originally spoke with her. I had called to verify we had a large party from the time they opened as requested by other hostesses but when we got there the employees were worse than on the phone and my final time calling to confirm on our way there I was told they wont be able to serve and help us until I got the manager on the phone. This was both a 21st birthday for my best friend and a baby announcement for myself but they wouldnt take vertical IDs while all of us are over 21 it took twenty minutes to get our drink orders taken and almost and hour to get our first plates on the table and some of us didnt get food for 2 hours thanks to our server Tatiana. Drinks were wrong food was wrong everything was awful and our night was ruined

Im not one to leave reviews nor complain AND I STILL PAID THE BILL when I shouldve walked out instead. On the positive side I was seated immediately. Appetizers served with no plates nor utensil, my kids age 3 & 6 received their food and dived in with their fingers meanwhile l waited for 20mins for utensils to eat my meal & none received. After I advised we had none with the appetizers served previously. My 6 year old stopped a waitress and told her his mommy didnt have anything to eat with and she walked off. When my waiter came back @ now 10:49pm to "check in" I expressed to him my concerns and that I dont even want the food anymore and he asked me to pay and have a good night. No sense of urgency to address the issue nor empathy shown. Id never go to this establishment again. Nothing but rude ass ppl there. Managers resolution was to offer me a free salad. GTFOH

My girlfriend got the parmesan encrusted chicken- it was less than half a breast of chicken- for 11 dollars? Came with one ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes and a cherry tomato sliced in half with two pieces of mozzarella the same size.. Ridiculous. This place acts like theyre some fancy upscale restaurant with their square plates and undersized portions - which would be fine if the quality was there but it isnt. Ill never eat there again and neither should you. Tijuana Taxi is right next door and brus room is right across the street. What a mistake I made today... I pray you heed my warning, and may that other half of chicken breast cost them thousands.. I got the cobb salad- it was alright..

went for late dinner for four at 7pm. There were tons of clean tables all over resteraunt. Nobody was at hostess stand. When she finally arrived and i said party of 4, she said it would be 20 minutes. I said are you joking? I really thought she must be. She said , snottily , no actually I am not. We have to clean some tables. I said there are tables all over the place, i never heard such a thing and she said, thats the way it is!!!! terrible! manager should be held responsible for terrible service!!!!!!! as a restaurant, you would never hold people from sitting down...wont ever go back as they obviously dont need customers

Worst experience Ever!Visited just now 07/24/16. After been place in a boot for 1hr and some minutes thats when my appetizer came which was pretzels, which came out burnt. Not to mention the food took over 2hrs. Then the blonde shoulder length waitress cancelled our order without our request. Call the manager she went and get one of the meal waiting for and additional 20 mins nothing. Had to walk out. Waste of almost 3hrs. #Needs better management and workers.. This TGIF going down the drain... Their workers has no customer service skill whatsoever! #Disgusted with the crappy service

Bar service is the best... The night team Doug and.... Hes gonna kill me for forgetting his name... But yea they the best! They remember your order on each visit! I wld have given 5 stars but the Internet and WiFi service is the worst! You will feel like your in a black hole!!! Not cool if you just wanna sit, eat, chill with your own company and catch up on social media! Except that.... Food and service is Great!

The food here is pretty enjoyable, but the deal breaker for young adults would be the "no vertical IDs" policy. Better off going to Brus Room for drinks. Anyway, I got a Bacon Cheeseburger and a Mango Slush. The service was pretty fast and the food was pretty nice. Fries seasoned well, burger was a bit of a mess and the bottom bun a bit soggy, but not too bad. Eh, come if ya like burgers and mixed drinks.

Husband found glass in is strawberry lemonade, do not think apology was not sincere..." do u want another drink? We check the ice whatever n we found no other broken glass" as if we friggin lying...i love camera phones..document everything..we did not want anything free or comp...offered another drink ..he said NO..comp appetizer n the drink ...we left the same $15 in tip..n we are not going back...kmt!!
