I typically use the little drive through on those rare visits. The employees never seem very happy or cheerful, possibly because they realize they work at a bakery in a small town and there is no upward mobility. Just never pleasant, this is a real "locals" hangout so if they sense youre not from around here or dont recognize you because you dont eat donuts every day that could be the reason they dont smile. The donuts are good, make sure you get there early because they only cook them in the morning and when theyre gone theyre gone and you get told, sorry, theyre out. On several occasions Ive asked, well if they sell out so early why dont you make more to begin with ? Their response is "I dont know". Overall decent donuts for a small town shop with no competition.

In my childhood, Milton Bakery became a tradition. Once a week, on the drive to the local childcare nursery, my mother would stop to buy my brother and I our own little bag of doughnut holes. The bakery always smelt of fresh baked goods and we would get so excited about all of the goodies on the shelves. Sometimes, we would even get a special treat. Wow! A cupcake. It was so good! As I have grown and become a mother myself, Milton Bakery is a continued tradition with my daughter, nieces, and nephews. My favorite recommendation, that is a must try, is fudge fancies. Dont try just one. It takes a dozen. Thank you Milton Bakery for being a huge part of our family traditions.

The only place around that I have found to get fresh donuts without driving across Escambia Bay. The staff was friendly and the donuts were delicious. They have other bakery items as well (I spotted cakes), but I cant make an honest review of them. Prepare to park down a side road and wait in line during peak hours, but then remember you didnt have to drive across the Bay or get some pre-boxed donuts from the corner store.

Love this place Ive visited this place since I was a child an so did my mother an so did her mother so there is defiantly something to say about that. Im always suggesting this to family friends and the new folks in town I hear nothing less than excellent compliments. This place is always packed with new and old faces from the elders to the kidos all happy and buzzing. There is also a drive thru in case your on the go.

Best bakery in the area! Its so inexpensive and delicious! I love how its family owned and operated. Even the graphic design is within the family. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and you can tell that this place is highly respected by the community. When my girlfriend and I walked in we felt like we were about to embark on a life experience because of the way everyone talked about it and we did. Delicious!

Milton Quality Bakery is one of those old fashioned bakeries that provides mouth watering, savory pastries for an extremely reasonable price. No one would need chain doughnut shops if they had a Milton Quality Bakery in the neighborhood. Not just great doughnuts, but great baked products overall! Thank you to the folks at Milton Quality Bakery. My biggest complain, they dont make enough doughnut holes! So yum!

Every time I visit this place never fails to be fast, friendly, and delicious! The prices are beyond fair and I never miss a chance to enjoy a muffin, a petit four, or a cream cheese Danish. All my childrens birthday cakes at ordered from this bakery and they are always on time and gorgeous! I gladly drive 30 miles just to grab a few treats because this place is wonderful! OMGosh theyre good. Ive been coming here for years. Their coconut cake is out of this world. Best fudgey. brownie. Great donuts. I dont care for their chocolate chip cookies because the chips are on the outside of the cookie and messy if you have kids. Other cookies are very good, wedding cookies are perfect. The people who work there are very sweet, just like the shop. Always smiling when I leave.

I usually end up calling Milton Bakery when I am supposed to pick up breakfast for a meeting or for a birthday cake. They always have a can do attitude coupled with great tasting cakes and doughnuts. I dont know who does the hiring but the folks in there always make me feel like I am doing them a favor and not the other way around. I would go higher than 5 stars if there was such a thing!

Best donuts anywhere, used to take them to baptist hospital for meetings, they were long gone before krispee creme ones. Always buy their rolls for fmly cookouts, holidays, no left overs. One time, yrs ago my 2yr grandson wanted choc chip cookies at 2am...called, baker there said sure, sold them to us at back door, very happy grandson n grandma!

My mom used to go here when she was in high school and took me during a day of explorong. They have the best wedding cookies. We also purchased a strawberry danish, cinnamon rolls, and a cream cheese pastry. Everything was wonderful and we spent less the $7.00. If you havent been, definitely check them out.

This is the kind of bakery in fairy tales . The bakery has always been famous. Delicious morsels that melt in your mouth, that live in your dreams ,that make you want to retire here just so you can always have their donuts with your coffee.

If you have not been to this bakery, stop what you are doing and go! Always baked fresh cakes and cup cakes as well as petit fours to die for. It may look really small from the outside but once you have tried them you will keep coming back!

Some of the best donuts I have eaten. Perfect blend of sugar. Not to sweet but not to bland. As a suggestion, it would be nice to be able to sit and eat a donut with some coffee in the morning inside/outside.

Their bread is ahhhh-mazing!!! I havent had the donuts or full sized pies, but the petit fours, butter cookies, and hand pies are really good as well. To top it off, this place is CHEAP!
