I have been coming to this place for a while now, and their food is satisfactory, to say the least. The waiters/waitresses are marginally friendly, and they will periodically stop by and fill up your drink if necessary. I have always loved the clams, soups, noodles, and fried rice, and they have an assortment of desserts and American food as well. As for the American food, I dont eat that often, but I find it strange how an Asian buffet should serve American food. I dont know but it seems quiet strange for me. The food quality is not that bad, but could be much better. In addition, the facility is only marginally clean, and I wish it would be a little cleaner and they put a little more effort into keeping the place clean. I only got Yelp about a year ago, and only figured out what "check in" meant, so as of right now, I only have one check in. Due to the quality of food, cleaning, and friendliness of staff, my overall review should be considered around 3-4 stars. I would recommend this place to others looking for a bite at Chinese food, but if youre concerned about quality, see if you can find better restaurants.

The food is 3.5/5 my grandfather had a chinese restaurant many years ago in New York City and the food to be honest is somewhat good. If you are into dim sum they have a small selection to choose from, and for the children there is a selection to choose from. Many people complain about the customer service but I felt that it was very good. I came to the conclusion that people complain about it due to communication barriers. Not everything is perfect. Also I came on a sunday so it was very good. Keep an eye on my reviews guys I will be around Miami for awhile. In conclusion, if you are in the area and you are looking for a buffet not to crowded, come here.

I usually eat here with my partner and sometimes with friends and family. I highly recomend this restaurant. The food is very fresh, and brought out constantly. The employees are very friendly, and attentive to their patrons. I love eating at New China Buffet at the Pines Boulevard locations, as aposed to some of their other locations. Only once was some food cold or past its time at the food line. They also have a great dim sum group of items that other buffet places dont carry. Their roasted duck is great and their crab legs are prized . And the best part is eat eat and eat as much as you like. Xie Xie... kudos to them..

Went there for dinner at around 6pm. The buffet was 15 something per person and the food was definitely not great. The selection is good, they have a ton of variety (more than Ive seen at any chinese buffet) but most of it was stale, dry, and we all agreed it tasted off. The bread and buns and deserts were all stale, some of the chicken dishes were saltless and the few pieces of sweet and sour chicken that were left were almost inedible and rubbery. I usually look forward to dumplings and they have a lot but the pork ones tasted raw. Pretty dissapointing :( Gotta say the staff is really nice though...

My wife is Chinese, I have been to China a few times, and, I tried many Chinese restaurants, buffets and others in the USA, Belgium, England, and of course, China. The food at this restaurant, is of poor quality. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is OK. Nothing fancy. Most of the dishes we tried, were cold to tepid. The taste was not very good. In some, you could smell that it was not very fresh. I was there once. I will not be back.

5/1/16.... Will not return. The worst ever. Food over cooked. Chicken is not real chicken. Food taste horrible. Only thing good was the corn on a cob, wonton soup. Food not replinshed which tells you it must not do that much business. Plates not clean. Cook at home instead. $12 pp is not worth it at go... Go to Chillis, TGIF, Red Lobster, Golden Corral if you gone spend that amount atleast you have a better selection, food will taste better and better service.

A pesar de ser un local grande, tenía buenas expectativas por este buffet, pero lamentablemente la comida estuvo guardada (para nada fresca). No muy buena idea haber venido por acá. Las meseras no tienen buena atención.

The food was ok, but I will NEVER go to this place again! After paying the cashier up front and leaving a generous tip on the table our server yelled and accused my family of not paying...IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. How embarrassing! The manager apologized, but continued to talk over me when I was talking. If youre looking for a place where you will get treated with respect SKIP NEW CHINA BUFFET IN PEMBROKE PINES.

When you get the food right when it comes out it is great...I always mean to get the hibachi grill but get full off the other stuff! Dont know why people hoard the lobster...the crab legs and peel and eat shrimp are much better! As far as the staff goes...they are attentive they just dont speak much English! Stick to the fresh sushi and steamed dumplings and you get your moneys worth!

The manager is so rude. I went up to pay for the food and when I got my money back she THREW my money on the counter instead of handing it to me. And I found something hard in my sweet and sour chicken and complained and she just laughed and said it was nothing and left without saying sorry. I used to be an average customer but will never come back after that experience. So rude.

Ive been here about 30 or so times. This is my favorite buffet, for the cost and consistency. You can eat immediately and always find fresh food. The turnover they have is addictive and so are the fresh fried donuts. They do refills fast, provided the place is not extremely busy. You can definitely get more than your moneys worth, and I love it

I went here not being really hungry. I didnt want to pay 18.95 for a lunch buffet. When i asked the waiter if i could eat a regular meal in the restaurant she said i could. Sat me on a corner with the excuse that the rest of the restaurant was for the buffet. Then they brought my food as a delivery. Tremendously unprofessional

The food was horrible. They served lobster but ran out every 15 min. Bathroom smelled horrible and had tissue all over the place. blue crab smelled bad did not smell fresh. I informed the manager, he did not seemed to mind my comments. 17.95 for 1 person no even worth it. I was robbed.I will NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

午餐時間的價格非常便宜,食物選擇不少,酸辣湯.鹹水餃和糖醋雞都很好吃,滿乾淨的,服務也很不錯,如果中午去非常的划算

The worst buffet i have ever had, nothing was good and to top it all off too freaking expensive. For two people almost fifty dollars, should had went to chillis or somdwhere else if i knew it was gonna be that much for some nasty ass food. Save your self from going there, now im here sick as a dog.

If you are looking a restaurant with elegant decoration, this is not the place. The place look cheap, but the food variation is good. The Chinese dim-sum is great. They are the few restaurant that constantly has sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf, shimp dumplings and chicken feet in their menu.
