On my daughters birthday I decided to order food from here so I put in my order through the internet and then they called me to confirm the order, but I cancelled it. I would always come to this restraunt (my daughter loves loves loves their Sweet and sour chicken with rice and a sweet sauce).well, so today not that long ago I ordered by the internet.so I chose takeout, I go to the restraunt, I wait patiently to pick up my food and I tell the woman behind the counter "my name is Marta Im here to pick up" the woman immediately states that the computer had issues with her order and didnt recieve it. I said "alright, then Ill order here instead" I was calm with it, not a big deal. She goes to the back and I wait until I get my food. The thing is, I didnt get my food. The manager refused my order due to cancelling My order back in September despite me go there every once in a while. The woman behind the counter claims I "hung up in the call" to confirm to my order. She has no proof of so, I wouldnt hang up like that. Never again will I return.

Ordered online and after being told it would take about 45 min it actually took closer to an hour. When I called to ask about why it was taking so long the lady I ordered from tried telling me that she said it would take an hour and I would have heard that and not ordered because we had somewhere to be. The delivery guy was very rude and handed me the receipt and food and expected me to hold it while I pulled money out of my wallet and on top of that the food wasnt that great. I wouldnt order from here again. If you call to complain at a food service place and they are taking too long then I would hope you would offer help to solve the problem and this woman did not.

Awful we have ordered about five times from this restaurant our food is always high priced and vary late i just ordered a lg bbq pork rib that cost 18.00 i thought wow this must be a huge plate of ribs but no i got four maybe five in a small foam bowl when i refused to pay almost twenty bucks for a snack the driver was upset that i refused pay for his gas... never again will i deal with this restaurant consider yourself WARNED!!!!!!!!

Ive ordered several items from their menu and they never disappoint. You can tell they put care into what they do. And their customer service is very good too they always help me with stuff like for example when I dont know the difference between lo mein and chow mein.food is very tasty. Their sesame seed chicken with broccoli is a must

Stay away of this place, the are not giving big portions any more for the price they charge is a rip off. Yesterday, I went to place a complaint and the only thing I was told was there s nothing I can do, instead of finding a solution to my problem..... This place do not consider the customer is in the first place.

Seems to be a new restaurant everything is clean and in the same parking lot theres about four other restaurants of different Persuasions. Prices seem to be very reasonable. If you eat in you get plastic or Styrofoam plates and silverware they seem to be mostly a takeout place but they will also deliver
