Beautiful place...the customer service not good.To start I called one of the guys serving and asked him for water.The guy looked at me as if I was asking something innapropiate and to the wrong person,after a few minutes he came back with just ONE glass of water( and we were 3 persons).The greek pizza we ordered was awful,it was cold,and not fresh.the guy explained to me that because of the the salad topping it became cold..but my daughter's pizza was a simple cheese pizza and it was as cold as an iceberg..except for the guy that assisted our table( not the water guy) that made an effort to make us feel better..the rest was a " fiasco" ..thanks God for the Cold Stone creamery across the street where we ended up having ice cream.ooh and this was as recent as yesterday..April 11/2012.

The food here is amazing from their Pizzas to their pasta. The service was first class, our waiter noticed something wrong with our orders before we did, and wow was it fast. Even at a first class restaurant I would have to wait 10-15 minutes at time for orders of drinks and another 15 minutes for appetizers, where at California Pizza Kitchen it only took 15 minutes from sitting down to munching on an appetizer. The menu has a wide arrangement for every body from the meat lover to the vegetarian and the person who loves to try something new. Each pizza serves about 2 and runs around $10-16, a dining couple should look to be spending ~$40. This is definitely a Chain Restaurant done right.

I am super bummed out with this place I am a navy veteran and I went because they advertise that veterans eat free but I got off late from work and I am in a rush to go home and listen to this as long as I eat inside there I get to eat for free but if I wanna take it to go I have to pay....hahaha how ridiculous is that!!!??!!! of u guys are serving a veteran for free what does it matter if he eats it there or not????? I have proof that Im a veteran and Ill only order from that menu but you should I have to pay if I dont wanna eat it there I cant even begin to comprehend that logic at all this place is a joke

Went last Saturday. Only order 2 salad 1 pizza. Restaurant only had 10 to 15 cu9our waiter only had 2 tables. 1st he ask our order, then he repeated our order then takes out notepad. Puts it on paper asking full order again as he note it down. Never order my pizza. Then after our salads he brings chec6and ask did we want anything els. People on drugs should not have jobs. Worst service ever. Never going back. Now I know why place was empty.

I love everything. The service is spectacular. The food is specially good. I was at lunch hours and the price is very very good. I really recommend this restaurant. I try the Caesar salad with chicken and the size is perfect for me and to order the Sedona tortilla soup, it was very tasty it is delicious. And for beverage I take a fresh strawberry mango cooler, it is an awesome hand shake beverage. I really love everything.

I hadnt been to a CPK in a really long time until last week. It was restaurant week, and we decided to order from that menu. The spinach artichoke dip was amazing, asian dumplings were alright, my gf loved the bbq chicken pizza (I dont like onions so I didnt eat it), the Thai salad was really good, and both desserts were too even though we were too full to finish it by that point.

So weve been coming here for years, and like it. The food is interesting and tasty. But the service is what really shines here. Attentive and quick, important if you are going to a show at the nearby theater. Do come here and when you do ask for Georges section. This guy is a fantastic waiter with a great personality.

This is solely based on the service provided by Sly. What a RIOT! Kept the girls entertained, was very courteous and personable and just made the whole experience stand out. Great experience here. Was surprised by different combinations and possibilities for pies. Pies come in decent size that would be great for one person or to share. Service was great and even learned about their rewards program. Not as expensive as it may seem.

Mushroom pepperoni sausage pizza was bomb! Plus I added sunny side eggs to it. The garlic cream fettuccine with shrimp pasta was delicious, but they should take off the shells of the tails. Also, the waiter named john was very nice and pleasant!

Food was cold and the quality was not great. Worse my delivery order was late (90+ minutes) and missing an item. I called and the manager told me they would credit the item from my bill - they never did.

Plates tend to be heavy on salt, one plate was 1600 callories due to the sauce, but thats just one downside to a great restaurant.
