Horrible. Went with the entire family to eat ice cream and the employees seems they dont want to sell. They dont have waffle cones or waffle cups to serve the ice creams. Sadly we were supposed to "share"only one waffle cup for all of us. The manager stated will take him at least 15min to make any cone or cup. They did not gave us any options and you can tell they were not worry about losing around $30 on sales. Only one customer at the location at that time and employees were just standing there with not friendly faces. Definitely, stay away!!!!

I didnt even want to give them one star but to right this review I had to rate them something. We came in 10 minutes before close to order a single scoop of ice cream and they said they were closed. Their lazy asses couldnt wet a scooper and scoop ice cream into a cup. Such a joke.

The worst service! My family has gone a few times and NEVER has any of the flavors and NEVER has waffle cones! They are a damn ice cream shop with no ice cream or waffle cones! The Ellenton store is exactly the same!!!!

Place is a joke! Ive been there atleast 10 times and they never have strawberry ice cream! How can this happen so many times? They are a disgrace for an ice cream establishment!!!
