Extremely unpleasant experience walking into the store, my family of four all rode bicycles to the ice cream parlor except for me riding a longboard (longer more expensive skateboard). When walking in the owner immediately stopped me and told me to leave my board outside. The board being worth well over $300 I was not going to leave it unattended. I tried to explain but was cut short and told I had to leave it. I have never run into this problem before at any place of business, I have even been able to fly internationally with it as a carry on so I don’t see why it would be a problem. Despite my pleas he would not let me even enter the store. The manner in which he confronted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I recommend not even considering going here for ice cream. It has that old freezer taste to it and is overpriced. Go down the street a little bit to two scoops it has much better ice cream and a lot friendlier staff.

A staple for our family vacation. Ginnies or Donut Experiment in the morning and Dips after dinner. Best thing about it is their ice cream. Highly recommend the Captains Butterscotch. In researching the brand, Laughing Cow, this looks to be a premium brand, as it was only found in high end restaurants in my area. Would receive 5 stars if they accepted other payment forms. Time for Square or something. ONLY TAKES CASH

Didnt open on time and the Guy that works there was just sitting in his car staring at us. Then as we were leaving because they werent open he didnt even say anything to us. Just opened the store late and went on his way. Steer clear of this hole. Two scoops or Tylers is the way to go while you vacation down here. They are very polite at all the other shops. If you dont like your job then quit.

WARNING - ACCEPTS CASH ONLY!!!! and youll pay $5.00 for a one-scoop cone. Ridiculous!!! The owner should post a CASH ONLY sign on his front door, but then his workers would miss out on smirking at those of us who werent warned about the cash only policy up front when we ordered. A waste of your time and money --- seek ice cream elsewhere!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! Way better than 2 scoops! Ive been spending summers on the island for many years and this is the best ice cream place that I have had the joy to experience! Family friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff! Lots of goodies for you and the kiddos!

Place only takes cash and we wouldnt have known if it werent for people in front of us that were suprised also. I never carry cash. Needs a cash only sign if they arent going to get a simple phone app to take cards.

Ran by teenagers who dont care. CASH ONLY!!! There is not a sign anywhere saying this and they dont tell you ahead of time. Go to Two Scoops instead. Better service, good selection and they take card and cash.

Great little shop for that sweet tooth. Friendly service and they will get you in and out efficiently and with a smile. Great tasting ice cream, sweets and other novelties. Best on the island!

We hit Dips twice while on vacation and it was amazing both times. Great service, flavors, and the salty caramel was just amazing. Cash only didnt bother us one bit.

Great selection of ice cream, but slightly cramped inside the store. The outside porch area is nicer to enjoy your cool treat. They only accept cash, so be prepared!
