Food is ok for the price, somewhat inconsistent. My issue with this store is every time I pay with cash, as soon as I leave, my order is refunded. As a business owner myself, the only reason I can come up with for this is their employee is refunding my order and pocketing the cash. So I brought it to the managers attention and they did an "investigation". I normally wouldnt care as I planned on paying for my food anyway, but once my order is refunded, so are my points. A week later they put "some" points back on my account. The employee is still there, in fact she is now the store manager. And just last week, she refunded my order again! So now, unfortunately, I only pay by card for my food. Not sure why, if Tropical Smoothie doesnt care shes robbing them, why should I? Just goes to show who they have representing their company!

So I rarely come in to this store. I dont know the menu or anything really. I asked the manager who was handling the cashier what is in the flatbread Baja chicken. She answered me very unhappy with my question. After I ordered she yelled at one of the girls that was working. 1. I managed should never be rude to their customers 2. A customer asking a question about the menu shouldnt be a bother to a manager. 3. A manager should never yell at their employees in front of their customers. I will never come back to.this store.

The staff was attentive however, they were a bit slow to get items out. With the amount of people working I thought it would be out quicker. With a mad rush behind us, It would have seem to make sense to get out items in order but some people got their drink items before us, when they ordered after us. The order of our sanwhich was wrong when it came out, no biggie, asked for no tomatoes on one of them (we just picked it out), but its little things. Perhaps they will figure out a smoother system.

I used to eat here when I worked in the Gardens. Service was always horrible and featured the latest strung out college student working for minimum wage. The woman who ran the place always seemed stressed and in a state of constantly training the latest college student juggling classes and 2 part time jobs. The quality of the food was gross and the service was non-existent. Go to the PGA or Indiantown location!

I come in about 2 or 3 times thru the week before work and Samantha is great, but I also come in on Sundays sometimes before work and you shift manager Carolyn has horrible customer service skills, she dont acknowledge you at all never says good morning, just what can I get for you.. Really!! Shes a manager ( what a joke)!! Your smoothies are great, customer service need help..

The service here is almost always bad, even when youre the only customer being waited on. The staff are indifferent, will ignore you, and are slow to serve, usually taking around 5-10 minutes to make a single smoothie. You would think taking that kind of time with each smoothie would mean delicious, consistent quality. Sadly it does not.

Asked for a buffalo chicken wrap, with only chicken and cheese, I got a grilled, plain chicken wrap. When I called to complain the owner defended the incompetence. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode...the whole purpose of the BUFFALO wrap is the BUFFALO sauce. Terrible service, mgmt and ownership. Go to PGA or Indiantown instead.

Smoothie was delicious however the customer service was aweful. She acted like it was a bother for her to take my order. Although I said hello and tried to engage her in conversation during rhe transaction I was given no reply. I will not go back to this location.

Really hit or miss depending whos working, sort of typical for a place whos staff has decent turnover. Complaints are usually met with attitudes so patience is a must but the consistency keeps this at a three star rating.

The owner of this location should be ashamed and embarrassed. The customer service is awful. Its not a glam job but it isnt tough to be nice to people. The food and smoothies are average at best. Go somewhere else.
