Great service, great food, they made a special dish for me.....I am a fat free vegan.....so is my husband......he had a vegan fat free pizza...they made me a baked potato...neither are on the menu....but they took the time and effort to make it happen.......no worries about special orders there...just ask...our waiter indicated easily done...no guilt for me for a "special order"..:)...... unlike many places.....if you ask for anything different from what is on the menu......like asking them to reinvent the wheel.. Our server was Corey....nice polite young man....very good looking...women of a certain age group should ask for Corey.....I would say 20 to 30. :)....but he knows how to talk to old folks too......like me.... and make them feel comfortable.....made it all very easy with the special orders.....we were greeted by Robin ....kind and friendly and was the first face I saw... .that "moment of truth" in business......everyone was just perfect in their manner toward us....we had my 92 year old mom with us and my in laws...everyone was just thrilled with the experience... ...baked potato was fresh and fluffy.....cannot always get a good baked potato even at places where they are featured on the menu...an irony... ..I had no idea anyone with special food needs could eat at an Olive Garden safely...hey....its an Italian restaurant....seemed like a reasonable assumption on my part.....wrong Dianne.. ....so this was great because the rest of the non vegan part of the family loves this restaurant.....this is a well managed store...by Theresa McFarran....and frankly ..I am a "hard to please" kinda girl....so good job staff of Port Orange OG...and thank you Theresa...we will be back and soon...tell all vegetarians and vegans.... this is a safe place..they care about what your issues... RE having to wait.......there certainly could be a wait if you do not make a reservation.....probably true most places if its at the dinner hour.....busy popular restaurant....took 2 minutes to make a reservation..if that.....and we had no wait...and it was very busy..Sunday at the dinner hour... I must say Ive never had an issue with Olive Garden til today. Being a waitress myself I was quite appalled with how my server spoke to me and dealt with a situation. I had ordered an iced macchiato which came out as watered down coffee with syrup and whipped cream. I was incredibly confused and asked him about it and his response was oh dont ask me about that stuff I dont know... and this isnt a Starbucks I dont know what you were expecting that is something I would never say to a customer and no good server would. He made me feel very uncomfortable just for showing that I didnt like my macchiato and made me not want to speak with him for the rest of my dinner. It greatly angered me and as a polite human being I kept my cool and didnt not make a scene or embarrass him. I still tipped him and will not reveal his name but I felt the need to inform Olive Garden of how some of their servers seemingly need to be reminded of how to treat a customer and you may need to discuss this with them.

Last week we had a horrible experience and normally I wouldnt ask that it be justified but I had such a great communication between the management and was invited back out after wine was spilled on my daughter my second experience for my daughter was so amazing the whole staff treated her like a princess the management Kelly can and Ken gave us no problems and we had the most excellent server mrs. Diane as a business owner myself I couldnt ask for better service you guys have definitely redeem yourself in my eyes and Arlene was amazed thank you hope to see you soon

Ordered pickup. They refused to bring it out to my car although their website states that they will if you call in advance which I did. My order was for today at 340 pm. I arrived at 346 and they did not have me my food until 10 minites later. This place is great if u like to eat bad food! This place needs to be closed for business. There were 5 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Crack the corporate whip on these lazy people.

Your food is the worst. I ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup, and the chicken Caesar salad with extra dressing. There was no chicken and no gnocchi just the soup part.i also didnt get the extra dressing.

My all time favorite restaurant when I travel from Costa Rica to Palm Coast. This time I had a Tiramisú and a Tour of Italy with Salad. I love how they vary their menu every season.

This place is amazing! Came here with 7 adults and 4 kids. Food is delicious. But the best thing is the service. Kelly is our server. I wish every server would serve like she does.

First Olive Garden Ive been in to first wash your hands you have to travel up stream from lobby thru waiters coming out of kitchen. They are polite and yield but poor design.
