Foods great if the right person cooks it and dont rush it. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. But if they dont mess it up theirs nothing to worrie about.iv only had one hair one time and a couple messed up meals. But the new girl cook is horrible she messed up 1st burger and 2nd one was greasy with little bit blue cheese it was horrible I has to ask for a new bun it was so greasy.i eat their 2 or more times a month Im not going back until they get rid of that girl cook shes fast but its not right the 1st or 2nd time Im very disappointed

The overwhelming amount of choices for a burger can truly flip your bun, but I am always ready for that new burger. Smashburger was new to me and I only tried it because there is a BOGO coupon floating around online. I had the Spicy Jalapeño Baja and it was on point! I loved it. They are a combination of an In-N-Out Burger and a back yard grill burger. The only reason they did not get a 5 star out of me was because their fries were a disappointment. The fries were tiny and came off cheap. Smashburger is doing their burgers right.

Ordered the Central Florida Smashburger Large (cooked medium and with all the recommended toppings) with the spicy buffalo fries. The buns on the the burger werent toasted and were a little cold. There were a bit too much sauce on the burger but the meat were nice and juicy. Overall the burger was just OK. The fries were cooked well but I wasnt a fan of the seasoning. The service as quick and excellent. I would try again with a simpler burger and fries which Im sure would be amazing.

Aside from the choice of items to be placed on the burger, this place is just ok. All burgers are cooked medium well, nothing less. Even the chicken is sliced thin and smashed to a 1/8-1/4 inch patty. The meat itself has little flavour. Think the national chain where you get "steakburgers" and shoe string fries, neither of which am I a fan. Everything is a la carte so the college crowd will be dissuaded from filling the seats. It wasnt bad, but Id certainly not return.

Im a big burger fan and this did not hit the mark. The burgers were very bland and the toppings incredibly scarce. A bacon burger had half a piece of bacon. Its just a step above steak and shake. Service was friendly and fast so if youre looking for speedy service this is good. Smash fries were enjoyable. If youre looking for a decent burger I recomend heading a little further out to east coast wings. Youll spend similar amount of money for a much better product.

Has burger joints come this place wasnt too classy, but they were kind and courteous and professional and clean. The food was not as good as Five Guys, but better than McDonalds or Burger King. A little bit cheaper than five guys, but essentially the same thing in terms of offerings and price. Bathroom was clean and generally organized and uncluttered in the main area. Chicken tenders didnt taste very good and cant hold a candle to Chick-fil-A.

Extremely greasy burgers. The smash fries were also extremely greasy. The entire meal nauseated me from all the grease. $35 & change for 2 burgers ($7.89 for JUST the burger), 2 kids meals ($5.50 each--not too bad), and 1 side of fries ($3.99) for my wife & I to share. Very overpriced. Id compare this place to Five Guys...but Five Guys has much better food and its more fairly priced. The establishment was clean and the employees were friendly.

Best burger in town or anywhere as of yet...I am a Texas burger lover, 1950s burgers and this place is as close as it comes. "If" you like your burgers with extra goop, you are not qualified to rate this chain although they will put goop on your burger. Come on folks, a burger should not be overwhelmed by added junk on top. Nor should the bun be bigger than the meat and insides itself. Way to go Smashburger,,,now dont disappoint me.

This is a great addition to the Waterford Lake Town Center area. The ultra thin ranch fries and delicious and the burgers melt in your mouth (pick your toppings and trust, there are many!). Everything is fresh and great tasting. For those non beef fans, there are chicken sandwiches with a variety of toppings as well. I have not forgotten the shakes here too. This is not the place for dieting, believe me.

The store and customer service was great but I really didnt enjoy my food. My boyfriend and I shared a black bean burger and he said the bun was cold. Our fried pickles came out super salty and the portions of our sides were ridiculous for the price of $2.00+. I couldve gone to McDonalds for a better portion of fries. The food is really bland and Five Guys has more flavor.

This place is great. People compare it to Steak and Shake but I personally hate that place same for 5 guys it makes me sick. What I enjoy best is that there are good options besides burgers which I dont like to eat all that often. The quality for the area and price is what you would expect. Staff has been friendly every single time I have been there.

Normally I would give a better review, however on this visit we ordered only a shake and the wait time was somewhere around 10 minutes. There were employees that could have made the drink and got us set to go, but they didnt seem interested. The shake was fantastic. Hopefully the service will be back to the normal greatness next time.

Some of the best cheeseburgers in town with friendly service and a side of delicious fries (they have multiple varieties). Out of all the burger chains that have opened up lately this is got to be the best one in my opinion! You have to stop by if youre in the area their location on Colonial is also just as good.

Horrible horrible service, the machine did not take my card after I tried an atm and it worked perfectly fine. On top of that the man that is under 5ft (not intimidating at all) gave me attitude. In conclusion, this place is appallingly trash. But Skye is a very friendly person.

It is unfortunate that our first time was great but there isnt any consistency in their customer service. They served my wife and I rotten avocado and didnt even offer a refund for the hiccup. Since they didnt have any more avocado. Not coming back again

Clean and inviting, this restaurant serves generous hamburgers with all the good toppings. The shoestring french fries are delectable without being greasy like some other chains. My child got the kids meal smashburger which was hearty and satisfying.

The manager was great, and made suggestions based on our tastes. The store was clean, and the service was incredibly speedy. The fries were amazing, and the burger was juicy. I will definitely return and bring more friends with me.

SmashBurger is amazing. Their food is always above anything you would ever get at a McDonalds or Burger King. Always the freshest ingredients. Love, love, love this place. Highly recommended

Ordered the Original Smash Burger with Smash Fries. Great burger, good fries, a little pricy for what you get. A bit messy, but taste great. Staff not too friendly, but worth it in the end.
