I used to love this place. I always ordered delivery and never saw what was going on in the kitchen. The sushi seemed very fresh, high quality, and very tasty. One day I went in for take-out and I was so disgusted, I cancelled my order and left. They were running late on my order and the chef was sweating profusely, I literally saw sweat drop on my sushi he was preparing, and all over the food prep station. He wore a pair of gloves, but used them to touch EVERYTHING, including a door and the cash register, then put his hands in a pot of rice and starting preparing my food. He kept rubbing his sweat off and rubbing his gloved hands on the backs of his shorts. I was just appalled. They were rude to my when I pointed out that he was sweating all over my food and touching everything with the same hands he was preparing my food with. The hygiene here is deplorable at best. Such a shame because I really loved their sushi.

I always place take out but every time I seem to go there, the owners kids are running around or riding bikes in the store or in eating in a table with a huge mess. This is very bad for a business. I decided to have my food delivered. The first time I opened the door a cute Ecuadorian male caught me by surprise. I thought he was Puerto Rican but he doesnt speak like one. He was very polite and professional plus the food arrived quick. Its a shame Im married but I know what to look forward for my next delivery. The food is very good but as far as the restaurant the owner needs to understand thats a business not a daycare or place his kids should be in.

Sushi is not fresh at all. Salmon looks like its been sitting around so thats a good way to get someone sick. Spent $22 dollars for delivery and very disappointed. Also my order originally came to 19.90 and she made me buy something else to get free delivery Bc I was 10 cents away from free delivery! She couldnt just let the 10 cents fly. Very cheap... Dont plan on eating here again seems like the kind of place that will serve you mystery meat if you know what I mean. The only thing that was good was the shrimp tempura.

ok one lady NEZZ ..reviewed on here about the owners kids running around .. you know what .. it is his business and his life .. if the food is clean and the kids are not being hurt or dirtying other patrons food than why should you care .. and honey you said your married and you look forward to going to see a cute ecuadorian man .. that is a joke .. so flirting and watching another man is better in your eyes than his kids having light hearted fun and eating .... you have life lessons to learn

I normally go here at least once a week. I love the sushi it is always fresh and made to order. The prices are lower than most sushi places in the area and the quality of the food is better. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi. The deals they have for their lunch and dinner specials are fair. The portions are pretty good size and made to order as well.

Ordered Szechuan Chicken and Bourbon Chicken for delivery during a busy rainy evening. The online ordering system they use is awesome and allows you to get exactly what you want. The order was placed online and arrived about 30 minutes later. Food was delicious, especially for delivery Chinese. Its the first Chinese food my 2 and 3 year olds have demanded more of.

the last 2 times we have ordered have been really un-eadiable, food and the delivery person pulls up with "thumping" bass, that is really LOW CLASS, I am a business owner & do not appreciate bass music in my business nor do I let my delivery people show up to a "HOME" with loud music playing, they would be fired on the spot! learn for your mistakes, please

I like this place wasnt sure what type of sushi to order since there were so many kinds. I asked one of the little boys whos always there which one to get and he told me the pear blossom roll was good. He was right because now I get it everytime I go. I like the fact that this is a family business, they work hard and set a great example for the kids.

The food is good dont get me wrong but if you put NY style food then theres the problem its not even close to Chinese food from up north its good but not great like up there and the egg rolls super greasy the noodles are to.dry and young chow fried rice to be white no no never and the prices have gone sky hi Ribs are yummy I give it to them

I went to this restaurant with friends and I ask for a sushi eel roll. I paid $6.95 for the roll of 8 pieces. When they bring m the roll, it was plenty of avocado and cucumber....but no eel. I cant argue or complaint because I dont want to embarrass my friends. This was not a good experience. I will never go to this place again.

You cant beat their lunch menu prices and the food is pretty good. I always get take out, and the only problem I have with them is they always seem to forget one small thing from my order like the utensil or fortune cookie. Im always willing to look past this small inconvenience because I really like the place.

Worst place to order from took 2 hours to deliver food was cold and tasted old also all the sauces spilled in the bag so the bags were soaked.ordered a large tea and lemonade both were hot no ice and seems like they just sat outside for a while.never buying from them again.bad service and food was nasty...

Great sushi for a good price. I am always pleased with the sushi lunch special and out of the dozen or so times I have ordered from Sino I have yet to have any problem. Kudos to the owners, they do a great job and Id even say that Sino 1 is now my favorite eatery for sushi.

Ordered sesame chicken off the lunch special and it was horrible! Didnt taste good at ask and the sweet tea tasted like rotten lemons. Ive eaten here before but always ordered sushi which has been excellent. But I wont be ordering anything other than the sushi from now on.

The restaurant is Finally Back in business!!!! I was calling couple times to find out whats going on but I cant understand the guy in the voice recorder, I recommend to leAve a clear voice recorder to let the others know. I like this little restaurant.

Rude people in there, terrible in house service, nothing close to NYC food fake sushi delivery takes long driver never has change they forget items in the delivery then want to credit you on the next order I can go on gave this place too many chances

Got sushi and General Tsos Chicken. The sushi was bland and didnt taste fresh and the chicken had a weird smell to it. Its sad because the place that used to be here, China Best was absolutely terrific.
