I ordered from this establishment almost every other week. We use to order their hot sauce oil with our meal and they never forgot it. Well today they did. I still tipped the driver and called to ask if they can bring the hot sauce oil. The person who answered the phone put the phone down and proceeded to talk with other employees. I called again and he just sat in silence. I called again and he hung up on me. I called again and he immediately placed me on hold. I called again and he said thank you for holding, I asked if they would be bringing the hot sauce oil and he said yes then hung up on me. I finally called to tell him never mind, but they have lost my business. The individual replied ok, thank you. I will be sure to spread the word on how unprofessional this business is no matter how good the food was. Save yourself the headache, their customer service is 0/10.

we ordered from here for the first time just to try a new spot and the food was well worth the change. and the driver went through obstacles to get to us. his GPS told him to go thru the side gate which happened to be locked. so he climbed thru the fence to make sure he got the food to us, rather than returning to the store. but he and the lady at the restaurant were very kind and will definitely be ordering thru them again. atleast next time he will know that he doesnt have to crawl thru a small hole in the side gate.. :)

This is the last time well order from 888 unless we pick it up. We spend more than $50 each order and the food either comes piping hot which is expected or almost cold which is unacceptable. The order arrived later over an hour for the delivery and the food was cold the sauce was congealed already. They were not happy when I refused the food but thats okay theyre working for my money Im not working for their food. As much as Ill miss the food Im not heating up the food so I can eat it paying that much money for it.

If i could give it zero i would ! the lady tells me "cuz im Chinese i know how it is" online ordering is a joke and the lady hung up on me when i tried to get them to remake the order for the online being wrong. they never answer the phone and the lady says " oh i dont know about the online thats not us". i wont be returning to this place again i will find yet again another Chinese place. and just for the record if the owners are reading these reviews what you make is not Authentic Chinese its Fast food Chinese.

Ordered dinner for the whole family three nights ago. This was, by far, the best Chinese food I have ever had delivered. They were earlier than stated, food was piping hot and obviously fresh. They even included free dessert! Excellent customer service and outstanding food. <3

Went here on Thursday to order some lunch. The girl that was at the front was so nice and very personalble. Food was made quickly and the price was right. Went home to eat and everything tasted great! I highly recommend.

I love the food that this restaurant has. I can order online and come and pick it up. I usually get their sweet and sour chicken which has a ton of food for the price. Easily enough to feed two people.
