I recently tried from Napolis breaded chicken in marinara topped with cheese served on spaghetti.The chicken was not fresh in fact tasted completely store bought the spaghetti,and sauce were ok aldente and Herby but very acitic like little ceaser sauce serving ok as well.but honest opinion food now a days before its even prepared already has alot of additives to actually pay for a restaurant to cut corners like this ohh and forgot the garlic bread,as I tasted it it really didnt have garlic it was more like you cut up some bread cut up some mozzarella tossed some dried idk what spice think it was basil,some pre chopped canned garlic and fouget about it bada bing bada boom garlic cheese bread,I thought they had killed the chicken from how long it took them to get it to me 1h 30 min I live less than 3miles away.Serves me right not wanting to cook.....

Very stingy on the toppings... I pay a whole lot extra for toppings yet I only got a pizza slice with only 3 pieces of pepperoni... I also ordered a slice with mushrooms and the mushrooms did not fill up the whole slice like all the other pizza restaurants do. I love to spend money on good ol New York style pizza. I did in this place yet i did not feel like I got my moneys worth. Service is not that great as I tried to find a clean table to eat on... that failed. I was truly disappointed with this place. If I want good service, I guess I have to drive all the way to Goodfellas Pizza. I dont think I will be coming back to Napolis for a long time.

Ordered delivery from them through grub hub. Got the Alfredo and baked ziti dinner combinations that was supposed to come each with garlic knots and side salads. Did not come with either and the Alfredo and ziti had been way overcooked to the extent that we could not eat it. Called later the next day because by the time we got our order they were closed and the person who answered was extremely rude and refused to accept responsibility. Will never order through them again! Kept receipt and food and still they acted like I was a jerk for saying their food was overcooked and asking that I could please stop in for a refund.

I just came back from picking up a pizza from this place. The pizza is horrible, tons of flour everywhere really too much, taste like gum. the owner/pizza maker (old guy) has also a bad sarcasm, ask him is he was Italian and is answer for 3 different times I asked was:"no i am chinese". I asked only because I am italian from rome moved in Orlando from Rome 3 years ago and it would be nice to meet other Italian. Anyway pizza is bad owner as well. stay away!!! Alex

I just finished eating my order and I am very disappointed. I ordered two cheese slices and a drink, 5 piece garlic knots and a cheesecake. The pizza slices were so hard and dry and pretty much tasteless. No flavor at all. The garlic knots were the biggest disappointed. I love garlic knots and these wee so dry.they literally felt and tasted like old bread covered in garlic and oil. The cheesecake was very average. Not going to order from this place again.

What can i say? This is a family owned business with hard work makes all the food tastes delicious and fresh! Greeted upon entry I was given with a vast amount of options from pasta to pizza! The pasta i chose was creamy and hit just the spot! A decided upon a large cheese and pepperoni pizza and it reminded me of my childhood and how a simple pizza can taste amazing! 100% would recommend this joint!

I have been on the hunt for a pizzeria, that comes close to the delicious New York pizza I am used to....from back home. The prices are reasonable and the food is Awesome!!! Just got done with our order (brocoli, and pepperoni pie, bacon and mushroom calzone). Only "complaint" such a large calzone comes with a itty bitty sauce. Besides that, two thumbs up from my family!!!

I have an extremely difficult too please Italian family, and I was worried that the subs/pizza would not live up to their expectation. We ended up ordering from Napoli each of the 3 nights they were visiting, and my grumpy fathers exact words were "omg, these people cant make a bad grinder!" (grinder = sub to folks from New England).

This is the best pizza by far in the area. Ive lived in the area (408/Lk Underhill) for about 3 years and have done the research. The difference is in the ingredients. Most important being they dont use cheap cheese. Everything on the menu is made fresh. I actually just ordered some slices...Gotta go!

they charged my credit card then gave my food to the wrong person then when i called and complained the person on the other end of the phone who said he was the manager,the owner,the everything with the company hung up on me when i called back he hung up again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Food was okay, but the driver was ungrateful after I tipped him, not even a thank you. So if you order, dont bother tipping. And if the restaurant staff replies to this, I already emailed you weeks ago and you never replied back, so dont pretend you care now that Im leaving a bad review.

Wow - this is my second time having Napolis delivered and let me tell you... Their food is the bomb!! And you get a TON of food! My boyfriend and I shared a dish, and I still had some left over for lunch the next day. And the garlic knots are perfect. That is all :)

Literally just walked in the door with my pizza , the middle was still raw tastes like card board , also the restaurant itself was very dirty looking hot without any air conditioning also very horrible customer service!! Never will eat there in my life!!!

Came here with my daughter the other day the place was very relaxing since it doesnt get to overcrowded. The customer service was excellent and the pizza was just extrodinary. If you want to eat good pizza in a relaxing environment this place is it.

This is NOT NY pizza!!! This was the worst pizza I ever had, I could buy a better frozen pizza from Wal-Mart. The ingredients were cheap & gross. I think this must have been a chinese pizza because it definitely was not italian.

Rude on the phone. We order from Grub Hub, and it normally takes over an hour. The wings were dry and they did not give us the correct sauce. The only redeeming quality was the creamy Italian dressing for the salad.

My boyfriend and I in Auvers love the food. We order about 3 times a week I think and the Alfredo chicken pizza is do die for!!!! The honest mustard chicken is also amazing!!
