Ordered approx a month ago and had our order received incorrect. Garlic rolls had no garlic butter or sauce with it. We called back and the young man told my husband that a 10$ credit would be added to the account for the Inconvienve because of the time frame it would have taken to receive a correct order. Called to order our family our meal tonight and conveniently, the credit was approx 4$ only. The "manager" said she called the young man to verify and OF CORSE he said he only put approx. 4$ on credit. Over 6$, I canceled a 50$ order and will In no way, shape, or form, continue business with a business that does not value and honor the folks that provide their paycheck. Never one time did the "manager", I believe was Kaitlynn, offer to accommodate or resolve an issue that an employee had made. Food issues can be resolved, service is what makes a company!

Called and order two pizzas for lumch today, I was quoted 15 minutes I arrived after 20 minutes and was told my pizza just went in and it would be another 6-8 minutes. We were the only ones there, they were making pizzas while we waited but they didnt seem extremely busy by any means. The plaza 5 star is located in is old and run down and the inside of 5 star shows just that it looks old and run down and could use a good scrub down and a face lift. The employees were nice and the pizza was decent but I just wasnt really impressed with my first experience with 5 star.

The service at this Five Star is the worst. They are less than 5 minutes from my home and when They arrived for delivery the order was wrong and after they fixed the order, the pizza delivered was cold and they forgot my garlic rolls but gave me chicken wings from the car (surely someone elseswings). I will gladly order from the Maricamp five star and go pick it up myself for now on. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Bad service I call at 12:12 to place a order the guy told me that they didnt. Not come over in my area Im guessing well I know it was because i stay in a black neighborhood. I was not trying to rob them I was paying with a card. No one should order from here if you black differently dont they will tell you they dont come that far when you stay 10 minutes away

after placing my order online and makeing sure i picked thew se store i guess my order got sent to the ne one and after waiting 45 min they called and told me the pizza was made then they noticed where i lived and could not deliver it. this is my second time dealing with them and the first time was no better... very rude

The online order does not work and is DEFINITELY out dated. When I tried to order, I was taken to a screen to select a store again. I was already on the stores page. Online says delivery .99 and on the phone said $1.50 while online the cost for 12 inch delux is $10.99 when on the phone it is $11.99.

Ordering Pizza in Ocala proves everything anyone wondered about Ocala being a one horse town. Attempting an order after 9 PM is an exercise in futility. 5 Star turns said exercise into a mockery of convenience. A 3 mile delivery radius and a woefully unfocused staff are nothing but infuriating.

Always has deals and discounts, delivery times are the fastest in the area. The food tastes so much better than any of the other mainstream pizza places and has a whole lot less grease. All of their pizza is made fresh in the store using locally grown farm products.
