Summary: Job well done, Asian Grill! I am impressed with this Asian joint. Their prices are very acceptable, and they provided service that was at an elevated level compared to similar restaurants/Asian places. Firstly, I was pleased with the charm and service that accompanied my visit. The place is decorated with a little Asian feel and makes you feel like they are trying, which is something good to see. They also provided a light waitress service to attend to dining-in customers. They will help you and give you refills if it looks like you need one. Of course, you can always walk right in and order to go. Do not expect your food to arrive instantaneously. Asian cuisine like this is cooked in woks where one dish is made at a time, meaning its fresh; however, things like fried rice sides would be cooked in bulk, respectfully, it just makes perfect sense to do that. So if youre waiting for your food, just think about how everyones order, including yours, is being made fresh to order. On a personal note, I could definitely taste an undertone of oil in the steamed white rice. I personally dont think steamed white rice should have oil, but it could just be that American customers prefer rice this way. It could also be there to make cleaning the rice cooker much easier. Guess Id have to ask.

I ordered Food from here yesterday. These guys are really inconsistent. Sometimes the food is decent and enjoyable but sometimes its just horrible. Yesterday latter was the case. They delivered the food in a an inappropriate container it was hard to eat out of it, I didnt really care about it until I tasted the food. It tasted horrible and stale, tasted like microwave reheated. Depending on the mood they sometimes charge extra for sauce and yesterday it felt like the sauce was diluted with water. I have been a customer for this place for a year and after repeated disappointment I have decided not to eat from this place anymore. They are very pricy for the quality of food they serve. I was completely disappointed.

Literally horrible customer service, ordered online, got 2 confirmations, called to fix it, was told it was all set, then an angry women called back telling me the food was already made, calling me buddy and telling me I waited to long and the first kid was mistaken. So I told her she could cancel both and I was all set. She then hung up on me, sent the driver anyway, who I tipped for his trouble. Then he proceeded to tell me if I didnt take the food n pay for it he would call the cops, I told him if he didnt leave your driveway Id let the dogs out, needless to say that was my last order from them. This coming from a chef of over 10 years. Their service, fail

Got a delivery to our hotel just little over a mile away. We ordered at 5:20 on a Saturday night and got the order in about 30 minutes. All the food was hot just like it came out of the kitchen and it was really good. Curry wasnt as spicy as what Ive had so I would ask to make it more spicier next time. Pad Thai had fish sauce in it which was good but I havent seen too many restaurants use this so if you dont like the fish sauce flavor I would not recommend this or make it without. Overall great food and service, definitely ordering from this place again next time in when in town.

Well, I had originally given this place a 5 star rating 5 months ago, but I felt the need to revise this. The quality of food has changed drastically. Everything tastes like it was reheated in a microwave, and the ingredients are not nearly as good as they were 5 months ago. Take out has no fortune cookies, requests for chop sticks are ignored, and just overall sub par. I actually called to compliment the staff the first time I ordered, but this time I think is going to be my last time getting food from here after hoping my last few orders were just out of character mistakes.

Ive been a die hard customer for about 4 years now. Last night i got delivery. Spent 25$ with tip. I ordered bourbon chicken and rice with a few other things. What i received looked an aweful lot like vegetables with what if i didnt know any better tiny pigs feet! I called to tell them to send the delivery guy back with basic lo mein since you cant really mess that up or my money back. She wasnt very nice and i after i begged them to send me something else i waited over an hour for the smallest order of lo mein they have. Unfortunately i wont be ordering from them again :(

I am appalled at my experience last night ...I placed an order online at 7 pm (after a long work shift I was starving)and I did not receive my food until 8:30 pm!!! I called them twice and was blantantly lied to. Ontop of that I asked for a discount or my money back and I was offered "2 free spring egg rolls and TWO dollars" I literally have no words..My order was $20 and I was only told sorry but did not receive ANY MONEY back on my order. I would have just cancelled it if I didnt order and pay online. I have never been so mad regarding a food order in my life!

Ordered at 6pm and here we are 9pm and I still dont have our food. When I called to get this corrected and see what was the hold up they were not accommodating but instead listed many excuses to why we havent had our food for over two hours almost 3 didnt seem eager to try to help us at all. Hey the excuse that they normally dont deliver after seven when we put in our order before instead of calling and explaining they allowed us to wait and still make more excuses to why they were going to bring it Late and acted if it was no issue. Wont be ordering again

Our old Chinese food place closed so we had to find a new one. Well this place is fantastic!! Cheaper for dinners than the old place. You can order online or via app and pay then pick up. Love that! The food is absolutely amazing, probably the best I have ever had. Big selection too! As long as this place is open I will be their customer. 2nd time for ordering (1-16-15) Even better than the first time! Delivered 3 meals to us enough to feed us twice $30.

Very nasty people, rude, and unpleasant. Nothing but bad attitudes. Nasty food! I would NEVER.....eat here. I ask the rude cashier for her manager, she said why? Not here sarcastically. I ask for name and number her coworker came over said give her wrong number, lucky he was walking in the door as I was out. I would have gave them no stars but I had to put a least one to advise everyone dont eat here!!!

Great value for lunch. Eat here often and have tried everything on the lunch menu. Most items above average for this sort of place. I never feel that tired feeling after eating I usually get from cheap Asian food and the food seems less greasy than usual. Mongolian beef with added basil is my favorite.

Good food. Good people I never have a problem here. Been a customer for years. In house or delivery..Im never disappointed! Recommended : Young Chow fried rice, Singapore Mei Fun, General Tso Chicken, Pan Ang Curry, Lo mein, Crab rangoons, Sweet And Sour Soup....dim sum...just try anything...lol.
