This place has really gotten bad. 2 years ago it was one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Now I cringe at the thought of eating here. The service is really hit or miss, and more often bad than good. The interior is very dirty. There is usually dirt on the floors, tables arent clean, the menus tend to be sticky, about half of the time my silverware is dirty, and too many times I have seen things floting in my beverages. My food is usually either wrong, or parts of it are forgotten; I have to wait for dressing for a salad, or toast to dip in my eggs. Even when I ordered carryout the last few times they have forgotten things. The first time I ordered a wildfire chicken salad and they didnt give me any chicken, tortilla stips, or silverware that I asked for. The next time I ordered I checked before I left, and they didnt even have my two sides in the bag! With the last mistake they gave me some gift certificates, so I went in to use them, dreading the trip. It was the same story. My water had something floating in it, and when I asked for a new cup, that one still had something in it. They forgot about my bacon with my pancakes and bacon entree, and tried to charge me for the bacon separately (difference of $1.40, but still!). The list went on and on. The manager came over to apologize and said, "This usually doesnt happen." They didnt know we had the certificates, but they didnt offer to take anything off of the bill. Also, Ive been told by people who have gone in to work on the interior and people who have worked there that the place is very dirty all together. There always seems to be gnats flying around the red wall. I will not be going back to this location.

Went back after numerous bad experiences at different locations in 3 states.Have to say these are the worst restaurants bar none that ive ever paid to eat at.My whole family will not be going back to any of your locations until you can train you servers to treat people like they mean something we are paying your wages and should get good service like a 2nd cup of coffee or asked how our meals are and such.My mother was a waitress for 40 yrs so i know how they work but also know a good one treats their customers too.I always tip extremely well when ive had just good service.Hope someone reads this and tries to make changes for the better.

Weve driven from Canton to Alliance specifically for this Bob Evans Restaurant because of the quality of service being so much higher. This team of waitresses and cooks get your order right the first time, with a smile on their face every time. Never have I come in to this establishment and been treated badly. Always a warm welcome from the first person all the way to the best goodbye right before we walk out the door. Id continue to visit this place regardless of the amount of time it takes to get there.

Hands down the worst Bob Evans that I have ever been to! We used to go here quite often, then the service just kept getting slower and slower. The last and final time we went, we were seated and waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to come over and take our drink orders. But no one came. We just got up and left. Im not sure anyone there even noticed. To make it worse, we were one of about eight tables with people there. They werent busy in the least.

service is hit or miss. sometimes you get reasonable service. recently about 1/2 if our experiences have been horrible. on a couple of occasions the management has made up for it without question. today weve had pretty bad service and Im not surprised. weve been here for almost an hour, waiting on our food presently, not much in the way of attention from our server. it wasnt like this just a few months ago.

Bob Evans has a lot to offer. Their food is really good but has a lot of sodium. This Bob Evans is clean and their food is really good. The hostess needs customer service classes. She needs to learn to greet people when they enter the door even if she is chatting with another employee. I shouldnt stand there for an entire minute unnoticed.

They were very busy and by the time we finally got seated they were not serving certain items or they were out of items. Also food was not cooked properly or all the way through. This was the only Bob Evans location Ive had a problem with.

Most of the time everything is wonderful. However, depending on management that day, I have had less than bad service. Dirty dishes on neighboring table, 15 min to get drink. Today was great, great service,coffee right away. Good job.

Food is great as usual but server is rude again. Hates kids! Makes it obvious by never coming near the table unless absolutely necessary but, sweet and friendly with non kid tables. Gave them a second chance but just as bad again

Ive eaten there several times in the last month (its really the only game in town for a decent breakfast) and the service has always been great, the place has always been clean and the food has always been good.

I am not sure what people expect from Bob Evans as far as Im concerned its a good place to have fresh and quick food. Stuff is great, very friendly. Food is good. Giving 4 stars because my ham was a little dry

The quality of the food, once quite tasty and home-made, now seems regimented and corporate vacuum-packed. The serving staff is pleasant and attentive as always, but the food is very disappointing.

Waitress is very rude, and took orders from people that sat down after us. Our order ended up being taken after those who sat down after us. We ended up having the hostess take our order.
