Have been going to Ruby Tuesdays for years. Sad to say the quality and quantity have fallen to substandard. Went with 2 friends tonite. Her $19 rib eye steak came out all fat and grizzle. My friends chicken arrived about 1/2 the size it use to be. My double decker chicken was also a much smaller portion. Menu description states loaded with mushrooms and bacon strips. There was 13 mushroom slices and two 1/2 strips of bacon. Ruby Tuesdays has changed their plate sizes to much smaller I assume so you dont notice the much smaller portions. My double decker chicken with a tiny baked potatoe is now $16.59. Add salad bar and you pay just under $20 for this. My friend asked to speak to the manager. They returned the grizzle fatty rib eye and tiny chicken breast.Ordered burgers instead I asked manager about my double decker chicken as i have ordered this for years. The manager was the rudest abrasive manager I have ever seen. He proceeded to say hes been a manager for 2 years and cooked for 4 years. Rather than address the issue. The portion of chicken was 1/2 what it use to be. He brought out my friends burgers and I asked him his name He said " Im Jessie Pulaski. Ive been here about a year please you all feel free to complain to corporate or other managers here Ive already warned them about you" I have been going to this ruby Tuesdays for 10 and never experienced a manager like this. Usually the managers cheerfully come by your table to see how things are. Our server Alexys B was the worst server weve ever had there She arrived at are table with an attitude never came to see how things were and never removed one dirty plate from our salad bar we had to sit them on a empty table by us. Instead of Jessie checking on customers satisfaction all I seen him doing was socializing with the servers at the station. The salad bar was 1/3 empty. Brown lettuce, rotten grapes, brown cut apples, no zucchini, cranberries, carrots, cucumbers, pasta salad, broccoli and tortilini salad. The kid filling the salad bar was doing the best he could. Sadly this restaurant is gotten very horrible. Hopefully corporate looks a recent yelp reviews and listens to customers. Jessies abrasive management style will eventually close your doors. Wish I could post a picture of this meal I was served. I have ate at your Tampa, Tyrone mall and countryside mall restaurants and never seen a manager like you now have in oldsmar. I have been there many years one waitress has had 2 children since Ive been going there but tonite was enough. Yes for nearly $20 minus the $5 off Codys, salt rock grill. Chilis Harold seltzers steak house all have much better value. Follow-up received a call from general manager who stated that their chicken comes in preweighed from corporate said he would speak with the manager but seemed genuinely unconcerned about all of our issues and problems did State the manager had documented my friends steak was full of fat and Gristle but he seemed unconcerned about all the other issues definitely a good restaurant to avoid from here on out Codys in Chilis give you much better value for your money

I just finished my work and I wanted to have a beer and RELAX. As soon I arrived, not hearing Hi, How are you? Instead, before I sat myself and get situated, the bartender already ask What can I get you? Really? And she was acting like she was not happy to be there abd want me to leave..thats What I felt. Literally, kick out of the bar, giving me the bill, after Ive told her that I didnt want another beer because my glass still have some in. I know its good to be practical, but have some common sense and show that you really care for the paying customers. I just lost my supposed to be relaxing time and took my money to be well spent somewhere else. Srore # 7129 Oldsmar. In my receipt says Misty 1204 server. December 31 around 2:30pm. She has a really clear blue eyes, blond hair and attitude that she doesnt care. Not good service at all!

All of the items we ordered were less seasoned/salted. It doesnt really taste good when you eat fish with very less salt. The Service was very ordinary. The waiter was not even looking at us, when he asked us "how are you doing", he was just passing by chanting the same. It wasnt quite genuine hospitality. Also, we asked for some water to in the begin and he forgot that too and we had to remind him. Overall, quite an ordinary experience. The "Shrimp fondu" on the starter menu was good. Would recommend you to taste that. Although, a note on the table said, we can get a free shrimp ondu when the waiter did not recommend it, (guess what.. the waiter never recommended it). We didnt ask or reund though...

I have been coming to this restaurant for at least 10 years and have always had a great dining experience. The Garden Bar has always been one of my favorites and I really love the new upgrades theyve made recently. In particular I want to give a shout out to our favorite server, Corinn, who always does an exceptional job and we ask for her by name. I have always found the atmosphere to be sufficiently lit and not overly loud so you can enjoy a dinner conversation with your guests. They have a tasty selection of unique menu items that provide great value for casual dining.

Stoppe din for dinner for the first time in a year and found that the menu was even more expensive and the food was not very good. It appears like this chain is trying to upgrade their menu and get higher prices. The problem is that the menu ias not very good. They need to go back to their roots that made them very good at one time. What happened to the German Potatoe salad as that was a draw on the salad bar. The sald bar does not have much for choices unless you live lettuce.

Usually a big fan of RT nationwide, but the service at this one was extremely slow. It appears this was to no fault of our waiter who was actually quite pleasant and awesome, but consistent throughout the restaurant as I witnessed several tables, each with different waiters, wait excessively for food and check. Food, once it arrived, was typical good RT food. Outside seating area was nice, spacious, and clean.

That was so wrong of them not to make it right I wont go back! They ruined it for me... Very disappointed..just a misunderstanding on adding on a salad bar for 299 on a take out order and was charged 899 and there was no negotiating! It was the end of the night and was told by the bartender to help myself it would be complementary. And I said.." no charge me" I understand why they dont have 4 star rating!

This place is like stepping back in time, in a bad way. The food served looks like prison chow, no pizzaz and terrible taste...no seasoning, no flavor. The salad bar is okay, typical Ruby Tuesday. The decor is so dated and worn out, it looks like a budget old age home. The place stays in business obviously due to an aged clientele. Avoid, go spend your money at a place that cares and serves quality food.

Always great food and service! Ive been here on several occasions and I couldnt be happier with the outcomes. They are always very friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is always good. Sarah is great, I couldnt believe she was running the bar and covering tables without any issues. The Management team could be seen also on the floor which was nice to see that they cared about the operation.
