Came here with the family Friday night for dessert. The kids wanted single scoop of ice cream. First off, they were out of oreo ice cream, which I can understand happens, nonetheless it was disappointing to the kids since that is their favorite flavor. Picked another flavor and the girl working behind the counter scooped up two of the smallest single scoops Ive ever seen. No joke, I honestly could have scooped up more in a single scoop with a kitchen spoon. The kids were like "seriously?". Carry on to my order, a single scoop warm cookie sunday. Not only was it a tiny scoop, the cookies were hard, dry and not warmed. Kinda defeats the purpose of calling it a warm cookie Sunday doesnt it? Not sure if its this locations policy to be cheap with scoop sizes or if the girl just sucked but we will probably drive further and go to Cold Stone in the future.

We r not from this area so we googled the closest Baskin Robbins , this is the one i found google said open 24 hours . We walk in about 9:50pm and ordered 2 ice creams , first the manager said we dont have mint chocolate chip which we saw in the case , he finally agreed to make it . Then we go sit down to eat our ice cream and about 5 mins later he says just so you know the lobby closes in 1 minute ?? Wth ? We already ordered u think we could of finished , although workers had their friends in the lobby hangging out as of 10:15 they were still there when we left the parking lot ! Very very rude workers we will never go back !!

The worst experience ever! Employees are rude, their uniform is dirty. My first experience was bad too! Asked for many things and their out of everything! The second time i visited was even worse. Short in employees with attitude. Uniform even more dirty and out of most of the ice cream flavors i asked for and cherries, bananas, nuts and much more! Oh and they put you the smallest scoops ever! But seriously the attitude of the girl working there is horrible!!! THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY DIRTY! Only one employee and when asked for manager there is no manager!!!

Terrible experience! First I was told I would have to wait to order because there were two large orders ahead of me. When I was finally able to order I asked for two milk shakes. I was told there was no ice cream available. No ice cream available at Baskin Robbins?
