I just visited this Coldstone a few days ago and I must say that I was very impressed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they seemed to never stop smiling they were very patient with me as this was my first time at a Coldstone. The ice cream was delicious, I got a peanut butter cup perfection and my wife got a cookies and cream, they have so many options and let you create just about anything you could ever imagine. I will definitely be returning to this Coldstone location for my future ice cream cravings!

we got a gift card to use, so weve been to this location twice. when we visited, the staff were young adults who were friendly enough. the ice cream was not great, but it tasted good. if we didnt have a gift card, we would have stayed home and made our own Publix ice cream sundaes. p.s. - dont ask for the strawberries - they are frozen and tasteless.

Very yummy ice cream creations. We go here for special occasions when we have a coupon because they are very expensive. The location in Safety Harbor is beautiful. You can sit out by the fountain or walk across the street to the Marina and Pier.

No other ice cream shop compares to this Cold Stone Creamery. Great customer service and a very clean establishment. The ice cream is hands down the best I have ever had. Highly recommend grabbing a scoop and walking down to the pier.

Cold stone is ok. The ice cream is not made in house .its not a high quality product. A small cup of ice cream pkus 1 add on or topping we use to call it. Is almost 5 bks .
