Okay,lets get down to the brass tacks. The buns are soft and fresh...BUT!!! THE EXTRA twenty cents for a 1/4 slice of cheese that winds up in the bottom of the burger cup. I walked in to a ghost town,no one knew I was there for a few minutes,then the manager finally walk from the back and I thought he was going great to take my order...NOT!!! I WAS THEN TOLD THE SLOW CASHIER WALKING TOWARDS THE REGISTER WOULD TAKE MY ORDER. UGH.. NEVER AGAIN. LAME.....LAME LAME. SMILE GREET ALL WHOM ENTER YOUR ESTABLISHMENT With KINDNESS, MAKE THEM FEEL WELCOME and glad they choose you over the other 200 places they passed on their way to you to quinch their craving. But no please ignore me make me wait forever.

Yeah I knew used to work there and I always screw up your schedules at work people are always quitting people always calling out the food is good but service is okay I just dont like how this group people schedules and times at what he calls out the always wants you to do everybody elses work people are always calling you on your days off and never get any breaks from while working more than 15 hour shift its good to eat out but it sucks to work there they do do a lot of good overtime but the job job wise as they work your ass off of what you get paid for and everybody likes to call out

The food I was served by this location was completely inedible. I hadnt been to a Krystals since I was a kid and decided to stop here the other day while I was out. The burgers that I received were repulsive, the meat patties were gray. I didnt check the food until I got home other wise I would have gone right back inside and demanded a refund. I wouldnt even feed this low quality of meat to my dogs. I threw it out and did not even eat the fries because I completely lost my appetite after seeing the hamburger patties. Also, I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru.

Service and the quality of their food has really gone downhill. It has always taken a while to get your order but after waiting 10 minutes and still hadnt even had my order taken I walked out. There employee taking orders told one of the customers that she would probably just give her a coffee because "she aint know how old it is." They were completely out of Coke, so people were getting short tempered. When I walked in, there was some ignorant kid with his pants hanging off his ass looking at me like I didnt belong. I wont be back, I advise you do the same.

The food was really good as always, but ugghhhh that service there is horrible! It took about 10 minutes to receive my food and the entire time I was eating inside I was agravated. I couldnt stand how much the workers were arguing with each other, being extremely rude to customers and just plain looking like they didnt care. I had to leave and eat the rest of my meal in my car! The manager and employees were just really bad. Such a shame.

This was my first time at this Krystal and I wasnt too pleased. I had to wait about three minutes before getting served because the cashier was handling the front and drive thru. My buffalo wings werent done. The fries over cooked.Overall, the cashier was excellent, professional, polite and kept a smile upon her face. She was the team player handling it ALL with a genuine smile. Because of her Ill give this Krystals another go.

The help in this place needs to be fired!!!! The girl with the different colored hair is rude and uses vulgar language in front of customers. When I finally got my order my fries were almost raw. I would normally have brought them back but I refuse to deal with the likes of that girl so I just got out of there. Very disappointing. I wont be going back there are too many places that treat me with respect as a paying customer

Im from NYC where white Castle is king . I heard good stuff about Krystal. Unfortunately went to the one here in Ocala and not impressed. Wednesday afternoon. Look like one person was working so it took forever and food was not at all good. Very disappointed, got all excited moving to Ocala to have a Krystal near me. Might try it again. Hope it was just a bad day. Keep yall posted

Icee machine was broken. The buns on all 7 sliders were really soggy. Meat was a pale grey color. Food didnt feel or taste freshly made at all. We only ate 2 of the sliders and threw the rest away. Couldnt swallow anymore after the first one. The only redeeming thing here was their fries, which is why they get 1 star. I would pass on this place and go to Wendys or McDonalds.

Waited in line 15 minutes with nobody in front of us. The lady came back scratched her head with her gloved hand. The only other person working there asked who we were rather rudely so we left. As we were leaving they made rude remarks at our back despite the fact we had said nothing ugly. Ate at Burger King down the road. Very nice service there despite being packed ;)

They advertise their burgers with cheese with only 1 price next to it, but when you say youd like that, they up charge telling you that cheese is extra even though the picture on the menu shows it. We sat up there at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came. Horrible service, Ill never come back.

Me and my mother sat here for 15 minutes waiting to order then an hour waiting on our food. My mothers was cold so she asked someone to get her 12 freah ones they never even told the kitchen so sat there even longer. They need new staff. Service was terrible.

The parking lot is dirty and the restaurant is dirty the food was not good and I love Krystal but this was not a good experience the girl cook in the back looks like she is on something I will not come back and I will spread the word really not good

Stood and waited to be helped for ten minutes. Neither of us were even glanced at. An older guy told us; `Hey sorry, there are only three of us doing all this!` Drive through was around the building. We just left & went somewhere else.

I have been sitting in the parking lot next to drive through for 20 minutes for I order. Drive thru person is ignorant at the least. I have places to go and wish I hadnt paid. O can just imagine how the food will taste..

17 people inside waiting at the counter and only 2 employees working! After 10 minutes of standing in line without a single person being helped, we left. Place is also in need of a remodel and cleanliness is an issue.

Just left empty handed!!! Not sure they realized that I was there at all, as I waited through wrong orders, and manager infuriating an employee!! A simple "One Moment Please" would have been nice!!!

The rudest employees in Ocala. Only second to the Burger King down the road. Seriously, good luck getting anything at night. Employees are always outside smoking and act like youre bothering them.

Food was ok, but the order taker in the front register was not professional at all. Took my order wrong, and originally was hesitant on fixing it unless I paid for my original request again.
