Overall, I love this Checkers. But I must share this one experience I had. So I was in the drive-thru, and was checking out the menu when I here a young womans voice greet me and asked what I would like. I said one moment, and not 10 seconds later, I heard: Lady: "Whenever your ready.." Me: "..Okay, thank you." 5 seconds later Lady: "When-ever your readyyy." Me: "...Okay..." 2 seconds later Lady: "Whenever your readyyy!!!!!" I chose something I would at least be satisfied with, and whipped up to the window. I almost wanted to jump out of the car, and slap this lady silly. She was so, so rude..it was truly pathetic. I regret not cussing her out, and alerting her manager. It bothers me that I didnt do so. Every other experience was just fine, and I didnt see her there since. I am almost positive her ass was fired. Thank god.. I do recommend this Checkers. (:

I didnt like this checkers one bit!! The manager fired me because I had a family emergency call from my mom and told me she knows I was working but needed to talk to me ASAP so I asked my manager if I can call my mom and check on her and he said yes so i called . And she told me she had breast cancer and after we got off the phone I got so sick to my stomach I threw up after I got done getting sick my manager took me outside and said the most stupidest excuse ever "Im sorry but Im gonna have to let you go because you get sick too much" UMMM? NO I ACTUALLY DONT IM SORRY MY MOM WAS MORE IMPORTANT THEN YOUR STUPID WORK also the black boy and Asian kid that works there are very annoying. I dont recommend this job to anyone if you wanna be treated like crap go ahead!!

ordered 5 piece wing combo the chicken was bloody on the inside I spoke to the manager and she said she would need to see proof that the chicken was bloody, I explained to her that I threw everything in the garbage but I have pic. She said the only way she can fix the problem is to see the actual product. WOW so I guess she wants me to dig it out of the garbage to get my meal replace.... THEY SHOULD HAVE COOKED IT PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

Always request your receipt! Yesterday i ordered a combo meal for 7.27. Girl at the register didnt offer receipt. Checked my card statement today & was charged $11 & change. She repeated the correct price back to me before taking my card.. so yes, Im sure it wasnt an accident. Tried calling.. only got a voicemail wanting a code. Make sure to get your receipt.. i cant be the only one.

I visited the restaurant on August 4th at 12:05 am. I purchased 3 chicken boxes, a boneless wing meal large sized and a side of 5 piece boneless. I didnt get any sauce nor did i get my large fries with the combo. I called this place 5 times and Everytime i got the voicemail to leave a code. I WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN.

I have always gotten great food from here, and the service was always top notch. The management is very friendly and is always willing to work with you if there are any issues or concerns that need addressing. Best Checkers in the state!

We ordered a Franks red hot chicken bite box and a regular chicken bite box. The Franks red hot box was super full. The original didnt even have half of what it had. Got ripped off. Get rid of Lenny!

Food is no longer anything special, way overpriced, and service is TERRIBLE. Mgmt doesnt know how to talk to customers. What happened to the customer is always right? Never going back.
