I went here to buy over $20 of burgers for my family. I waited over 15 minutes for cheeseburgers, plain ordinary cheeseburgers. While I was waiting I saw an employee drop a cup with the lip laying flat on the floor. After filling three drive thru orders, she picked it up and placed it back on the dispenser so it could contaminate all the other cups. I called her and asked her if there was anything wrong about what she did. To my horror she stared at me blankly, which led me to believe that this was common practice. I asked for her manager. The employee went into the back for where I heard her and her manager yell whispering about what happened. After about five minutes a young black women came out from around the corner and dryly asked me what the problem was. After I told her what the employee did, she sarcastically replied "I know, what is the problem?"

employees seem pretty clueless. waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken biscuits, and when i did recieve them, they were just plain biscuits. and then when i brought them back in, they laughed. ? atleast they were warm when i did finally get what i ordered

The food was good. Went through the drive thru and part of the order was missing so had to go inside. They upgraded the order and were very polite and apologetic.

Very poor quality fries they must never change their oil or somn and they put i drop of mayo on my chicken sandwitchs..... very disapointed
