last night my husband walks to checkers to get dinner, they forgot my food. I know things happen so i called up and asked nicely if I could come in the next day to pick it up I did not want to send my husband back when he as to get up early fir work so on his lunch break we meet up to get my sandwitch as well as lunch for him they where so rude slammed the window in his face before he could oder more I would not be mad but to top it off we paid to have extra topping added. and they only put a little. mayo . and lettice. my husband. was upset we go here at least tqi times a week becuse its cloae but we will noq walk pregnant and all somewhere amd spend pur money I get things happen i misaed dinner becuse my food was not put in the bag and i was not rude to them so why where they ao nasty to me ?

Rude workers. Was not done ordering when I was interrupted and told to pull around. I said I needed another sandwich with ketchup only. The lady says ok your total is at the window. Pull up and they tell me the total and cash me out but the whole time they were talking and I couldnt ask to make sure they got ketchup only. They hand me the drink and I say "You got the ketchup only right?" And the lady looks at me like I just insulted her or something. Then proceeds to tell me "Well you didnt say ketchup only!" And keeps going and blaming me and telling her coworkers to remake it cause I didnt say ketchup only.

I work here lemme tell you what food is great I havent worked there long but I do try to get the food out fresh as possible and as quick as I can I dont usually run register dont .but I make the food and I do the very best I can .but it is still a good place to eat and chill sometimes if it was safer around the neighborhood to many tweekers to sit and enjoy your food and time. But I in all a great place to eat decent prices cant argue ^---^hope more come to enjoy this place.

The worst customer service I have ever expieranced! Cameron was our cashier and he through a fit when we explained that he got our order wrong. He proceeded to walk away from the window and say "someone come help these damn people I just cant". Another lady then got an attitude with us and but tried to help. All around awful attitude. Then it took 20 minutes afterward for us to get our food. Hands down will not go again Id give a 0 if it was an option!!!

Its ok foods tasty, but the one in Belleview is better. I asked for lots & lots and lots of pickle. She read back the order as extra pickle. I received 3 pickle slices grrrrrrr. Not to mention we were in the drive through for 20 minutes. When I mentioned it to the cashier she informed me they were training. I understand, but 20 minutes and no compensation really?

This was probably the worst Checkers in the area, fries and burger matt were cold and had to wait twenty minutes for my food. When I went back the cashier took it personal and got angry with me, I had to call the next day when the GM was there to get anywhere! But the GM set it straight and gave me a refund since I had my receipt!

I love Checkers dont get me wrong but lately it seems like they just cant get my order right please fix this I know it happens but when 9 out of my 10 orders come out wrong something needs to be done especially when a majority of the time its the fries

Very friendly ,the orders come out fast and hot,andthe workers make sure you have napkins ,straws there always trying to push dessert apple pies.the lady at the window is the best.shes a keeper .
