We have been going to Dangelo since it has opened. We always had a good time, until today we had lunch. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salads, one of the pizzas still had 4 slices so the waiter asked if he could put it in the box to go. when he brought the box back and placed it on the table, a small cockroach came crawling out of the box!!!!!!! i could not believe my eyes! was extremely disgusted with this, called the waitress over to show her the cockroach, and she went to tell the waiter. He came to the table and said that they were making a new pizza and apologized. I replied i did not want another pizza. he then told the manager, who never came to the table to apologize. The waiter took the pizza off the bill which the total was $65 we put in $75, and he gave $4 and change back!!!! Not sure what is going on there....at the hostess stand i asked for a email of the manager and she said i should speak to the manager, but i replied that he knew about what happened and seamed to not care very much about it! we went outside to get our car when he came out to talk to us. i told him that i think it is unacceptable, to have a cockrack in the pizza box!!!!!he replied " it is summer i do not have control over that"!!!!! I am sorry what??? thats is the most ridiculous, rude answer he could have given us....he truly showed us that he didnt care about it.....with that said we will not return to this place again....

This is a great place if youre looking for a wine bar with luscious tapas. On arrival, the valets were great, our car was parked quickly and it was still in one piece when we got it back, in spite of them being very busy. This was a large party on the patio. There were chairs for people like me - who cant stand for long periods of time, but plenty of room in the center for those who like to do more mingling. Even on my perch, I was able to talk to a number of people and meet several new ones. At the same time, I wasnt in anyones way. My best bite of the night goes to the prosciutto and arugula pizza. I love a new twist on an old favorite, and this one was yummy. All of the others were wonderful too. I love a thin, crunchy crust and this was perfect. I cant say enough about the wait staff. From the moment we walked in, there was free flowing wine and food. There were no long waits between food offerings and everything moved smoothly. Id love to go back and try just a quiet family visit!

I ate at DAngelos for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed! My server was very well versed in the menu and made terrific suggestions that were melt in my mouth delicious! She was attentive but not overbearing and was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was (I think were all more critical now thanks to shows like Restaurant Impossible); an added bonus, the restroom was spotless. I am eager to go back and look forward to taking my friends!

Hands down this is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at here in fort lauderdale. Nothing had any flavor, and the prices are outrageous for what you get. The bruschetta at $8 for 4 is insane considering they are 2 bite cracker like pieces of bread with a couple of flavorless tomatoes on top. The food only got worse from there, took forever to come out, and was a really poor excuse for anything italian. Ive had better pizza delivered from dominos!!!

It was another beautiful day in Ft Lauderdale. We chose DAngelos for luch. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. THe waiter, a waif of a man, named "Serge" was unprofessional and unattentive. He brought us our food and drink and never came back to check on us -- NEVER. The food was mediocre at best and over priced. There are over 4,000 restaurants in Ft Lauderdale -- do yourself a favor --chose one of the other restaurants over DAngelos - you will be glad you did!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always good and their small plates are delicious, we have made a meal out of sharing the escarole and beans with sausage, eggplant, meatballs, zucchini flowers just to name a few. We have tried a good part of the menu. My favorite is the videos of old Italian country people cooking in their outdoor kitchens. I could watch these all night. The service is always good, too.

Amazing food, great service. Im done with the menu, just order one of the specials, never had a meal I would change, also never finished a meal here. Im a pretty hungry 180 lbs and can never clean my plate. Just enough left to mock you but not enough to take home. Good portions, awesome food, good service, if it was cheaper I would come more often, but it probably wouldnt be as good. You can taste the love in their food.

Order from Angelos many times, used to be good....last week the pizza was burned!! Tonight we order a Quatro formaggio suppose to came with Gorgonzola...but not! The Pepperoni was topped on the Cremona pizza....supposed to be 1/2 Cremona 1/2 Pepperoni...seams like the pizza guy forgot theat was 1/2 and 1/2 and last minute put pepperoni on top of Cremona!! Not ordering from u any more!! Do not care about customer at all!!

So amazing! We had brunch there this weekend & sat outside on the patio. I got the porchetta benedict and my hubs got peperoni pizza, the benedict was to die for and the pizza was so thin and crispy with great sauce. By far the best part was dessert, homemade gelato (oreo and Nutella)! OMG it was better than gelato that we had in Italy, seriously! Id go every weekend for brunch if I could!!!

Sin dudas el mejor lugar de la zona para comer platos italianos. El precio es razonable y el lugar muy limpio. Recomiendo de postre los helados hechos caseros que son excelentes.

Food is good just what one would expect. The service not so good. Ive been several times because of food and find the staff non accommodating I dine in you have to ask for service once you sit down. They dont make you feel welcome at all and they never say thank you and hope you come back. Antonio at the coffee bar is great.

My first time eating here I was not impressed, but I gave it another couple of chances. Each of the last two times, the service was excellent and the food delicious. While they dont have a lunch-specific menu, there are ample, affordable choices, including an interesting chicken sandwich with rapini and mozzarella.

I really enjoyed my dinner at this restaurant! Very beautiful place and the waiter Linda she was just amazing and really professional and beautiful! She served us and you can tell that she had experience! This place doesnt hire the first kid you can tell that! You guy have to try this place!

Wow, outstanding veal meatballs, spaghetti and sauce. Lasagna, and sausage / mushroom Pizza so delicious! Service was fabulous at the bar and their calazones and terimasu are housemade! Your going to be in heaven. Drinks are big and fed three men for 50.00 each. Im coming back next week!
