Came here with a group of friends. The establishment has 2.5 floors. Reason why i say 2.5 is because you only stepped up a few steps from the 2nd floor to the rooftop. Each area does have their own bar. On my recent visit there we were on the second floor it was incredibly hot there was absolutely no worries at all and the windows and doors were wide open it created more of a sauna than it did anything else. We went up to the "rooftop." You can see some of the beach but it is very limited because the palm trees block a lot of The view. With other places that are in the immediate area this would not be one of my first places to ever go to.

We got married in Fort Lauderdale on October 24, 2015 and McSorleys was like our home base since everyone was from out of town! We even threw a surprise 30th birthday for two of the people in our wedding party the night before the wedding there! McSorleys accommodated us and let us hang signs and bring cake for the party! We shut the bar down both nights we were there. I even went in my wedding dress after the wedding reception ended and partied all night. This place is awesome. Great staff, great views, and great times! Cant wait to visit again when I come to Fort Lauderdale!

Walked half an hour from our hotel on st. Patricks day specifically to find an Irish pub and hear some Irish music. When we arrived, the dj was playing terrible club music. When I asked the bartender why an Irish pub wasnt playing Irish music on saint paddys day, I was rudely told that the dj was upstairs and I could talk to him if I had a problem with it. And 5.50 for a bud light is absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT be back.

I have only been once for a Chive event on Halloween, but this place is a good time. There is a main bar area downstairs, as well as an indoor and outdoor bar area upstairs. The place is clean and well kept. Drinks are reasonably priced for a spot right on the beach. I didnt order food; in fact, I dont know if they even serve food. Either way, definitely recommend if you want a nice spot to grab a couple drinks on the beach.

We just got back from Ft. Lauderdale and loved it. McSorleys is by far the best bar in the area. It has a pub, a lounge and a great roof top patio with a fantastic ocean view. The service was great! They had a really good D.J on Th,Fri and Saturday night as well. We really enjoyed this place the most. Very clean, classy and great location. We definately recommend it!

Im a fan. Its across from A1A, so there is the beach right there blowing a an ocean breeze right through the windows. Ok beer selection. Lots of liquor. Pool tables and darts on first floor. Has a second floor bar. And then a rooftop bar with more of a club music scene. I just prefer to hang on the first floor and watch sports at the bar.

$15 for a "pitcher" of bud light. The pitcher has a decent void that displaces the amount you would get at a normal establishment. There is nothing "Irish" about this bar. Anyone that claims this place is authentic or has excellent staff either works there or is hired to boost ratings.

Reggae night was the night I came here. They only have it twice a month but they should have reggae night every week. DJ OnStar is great! Right on the beach so you cant go wrong! Loved watching the soccer game here too. They have a cool patio to either dance or mingle. Great Beer here!

This is the perfect place to have great drinks, while you enjoy the view of the beach. Its perfectly situated in a corner where youll find less traffic on a sunday and less obstruction of the beautiful view. Like it downstairs main bar due to the classic feel. Good times

Great location (beautifully decorated and spotless clean) and good selection of drinks. Lone bartender can get overwhelmed sometimes with lots of customers (mostly tourists). They have a great terrace/solarium that unfortunately is closed most of the time.

Good view from the upstairs deck and rooftop but I usually go with a few people to play beer pong on the first floor. Over priced for a pitcher of bud light but just ask for cups and balls and enjoy a game of beer pong which you cannot do at many bars.

McSorleys is a great place to relax and enjoy a view of th Atlantic Ocean. The drinks are a bit expensive but if you go during happy hour its BOGO. Service was good as well. There is 1 pool table inside and outdoor seating is available.

Right on the beach and not at all crowded at the time. Service was fast and friendly and so were the people. No immediate places to lock up the bikes, but the guard rails worked out well since the place wasnt crowded.

McSorleys has a great group working there. The atmosphere in the newly renovated upstairs is great and the rooftop patio was a great addition as well. This has become one of my favorite local placer recently.

I liked the sun deck most mainly because of the beach view. The pub is a really nice place with pleasant staff and great service. Had an enjoyable evening too - the bartender is a cocktail magician!

Loooved it!! Traci the Bartender was great, the place is cozy and has a beautiful view of the beach. It doesnt serve food but theres delicious places next door. We will definitely be back!

Ordered margarita and sex on the beach to go. Payed $16 for 2 drinks that wasnt really good at All. Staff was friendly. Lost a star because they didnt have mint-leaves to make mojito.

Good place in a great place. Love evenings drinking up on the roof with friends. Little bit more expensive than regular pubs, but its on the beach! Would give it a solid 3.5.

This is the place where tourists go and drunkin debauchery happens. The bar tenders are cool and the bar is nice, but the clientele is the main reason I avoid this place.

The upper deck rooftop area is good. I would suggest going with a dedicated group of drunk friends otherwise itll be quite boring. Birthday parties are especially decent.
