Incredibly nice, respectful and genuinely caring staff. This BoneFish Grill at Palm Gardens food is also phenomenal! They do such a nice job. I was in the restaurant business for many years myselfand have an appreciation for detail oriented restaurants. And this restaurant is worth going to! The servers, the bar staff and especially the manager Lynn were all so nice to me and my one year old. While my husband is stationed outside the country, my son and I eat out a lot for many reasons. Bonefish makes us feel right at home and at a great price too. Bonefish has so many great things to offer. Their gift card incentive program is also really convenient. I like their kids menu a lot for my little one. The portions are perfect and its all so fresh. The restrooms here at the Palm Gardens location are immaculate and they have very clean koala baby changing tables. There is also a patio area where I have walked my son around on while waiting for our food. Dining out with a hungry and squirmy one year is not easy. So it is important to have an area where we can dismiss ourselves from the table and go outside to a safe walking area. The parking is easy, there seems to always ve parking, valet is offered and the parking spaces are big enough to fit my big truck. The music seems to fit the mood or the time of day of the restaurant. When I went last, they had a really relaxing station on. It was nice after the hectic day Id had with having taken my son to the doctor etc. Last but not least, the wine list is fantastic. I normally order their house La Terre chardonnay which is reasonably priced and a great pick by their wine purchaser. Hats off to them! Overall, I would recommend this spot to everyone. We love Bonefish and my wife and I eat here once or twice a month. The restaurant is a little darker which makes for a nice place for a romantic date. The food is excellent, very consistent and affordably priced. We love the bang bang shrimp and large ahi tuna appetizer. Thats usually enough for the two of us but we also love the fish. They also have specialty drinks that are seasonal. There is one or two that come in an ice cup which is kinda cool but you have to drink it quickly or else it waters down your drink. The espresso martini is also one of our favorites. The bartenders and staff are always friendly. I Highly recommend Bonefish.

we love this place, excellent food and service...but buyer beware if your looking for a deal......l theres not much here, they have a deal where if you sign up you em & buy 3 or 4 meals they advertise a 50% off but they em you a coupon really worth "up to" $20.00 if you use in with in a very short time frame .... or its worth zero.... Still its a super easily worth 4 stars and worth 5 if you cut out the fact that the rewards program sucks if your a frequent diner , they would be better off with none,... or a normal 10 or 20 % off before 6:30 early bird like everyone else has. Out side of that you will love this place !!1

Always a wonderful experience. We were greeted by 5 or 6 hostesses. We were approached by Annalie while we were waiting to be seated and told about the available high top tables. It wasnt for us since we had a 4 year old with us so we waited. She turned out to be our waitress for the evening and she was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, personable, at-tentative and great with our 4 year old. The food is always delicious and made to perfection. We love the atmosphere and decor. Never a negative experience at any Bonefish restaurant. Love how they stick to their high quality standards of staff and food.

They take reservations and honor them on time. The atmosphere is upbeat and the bar was very very busy. The food service was excellent and the kitchen was very accommodating to the request that some of our party made. Soft shell crabs for a special the day for wonderful. Theyre accompanied by two side dishes and the choices a delight. Dont miss out on your sourdough bread seasoned oil dip or butter. The bread was hot pre-sliced so pulling it apart easy the crust was perfect.

I first would like to say that our food came out way to late, but they comped the bill, the server was awesome her name was AnnaLy she felt so terrible about the whole situation. When we did get the food, it was very delicious. I think they turned a not so good situation into a pleasant experience. I have to commend the manager as well, as she was very apologetic and sympathetic with our situation. I will definitely be back to give it another try.

Love Bonefish but not this one! Ordered food, then went to use the restroom, almost slipped on the way there from something greasy on the floor. Came back & food already arrived. My drink took longer than the food. Had to send it back was, surprise, underdone! Filet came back tuff. Waiter never cleared anything fr table till we were ready to pay. Then bought the change broke down like he expected a $20tip.

The food is very good. They will prepare your fish almost any way you can think of. The portion size was good. The wait is not too long during the week, pretty long waits on the weekends. The prices were pretty good. Every thing was clean including the bathrooms. The waitress and waiters were very nice and helpful, especially with helping me choose from the menu. Nice place to go with friends and family.

Dont bother. I have been to Bonefish locations that were great, but this is not one of them. Bang bang shrimp was full of shell fragments, broccoli was obviously microwaved, and worst of all they are trying to pass off a sirloin as a filet on the daily specials menu. :/ Sad, this place could be great but its not and I will not be returning.

Tried to eat there tonight but was chased away by the manager because I had a small service dog in a bag. I didnt realize that this restaurant doesnt comply with ADA laws. Because of this i will never eat at a Bonefish Grill restaurant ever again. By the way the managers name was Scott he was very rude..

Hostess dont care if they run you over or roll their eyes at you. Food is great, our waiter was good but I could see the disappointment on the faces of other customers from their waiter. Not sure whats going on with the service industry in Palm Beach. Its declining and its ridiculous.

Everything is fresh and done well. Even something very simple like grilled chicken is cooked perfectly. Service is hospitable and thoughtful. Even if you dine with children, youre made to feel welcome and accomodated.

Pretty good for a chain seafood restaurant! Decent decor, crowd, prices are mid level and certainly reasonable for seafood and taste was excellent. We will go back, no question. Gets very busy during the season.
