I got food poisoning by eating at this Panera Bread location. I ate a Frontega Chicken Panini, but substituted chicken for roasted turkey. I also ate some squash soup and tried some chicken noodle soup. This was the first meal of the day and it came in quite late, around noon. The food didn’t sit well and after a few hours I was progressively feeling worse. The food was not digesting and I was getting nauseous. I felt sick as a dog, nailed to the bed. After I managed to vomit a couple of times to empty my gut, I was able to sleep. I was knocked out for the next day. I couldn’t eat anything for 24h. I could barely get out of the bed to go to the bathroom or to drink water. I was drowsy and slept all day long. This is second time I get food poisoning at Panera Bread (different location) in a little over a month! Never eating at any Panera Bread again.

Do love the food but the service at this branch leaves a little to be desired. In a catering order, I made a specific order for a sandwich to accommodate someones allergy. The sandwich was not prepared correcrly. When I called for a refund I was told they would replace it if I came in. I let then know that I didnt live in the area. He also offered me a coupon wOrth $6, not the amount of the cost of the sandwich, but i was willing to take it. He said he would take my address, put me on hold and didnt return to the call

I was the fourth person in line. There was only one cashier and the line was not moving fast. The cashier was filling orders and prepairing it herself. I and another lady in line asked her co-worker to help out. No response. Then we asked to speak to the manager. Manager finally came out and replied, we always have a line, then left. My time is valuable. so I left too. Just a little hint to this Manager. Priority should be on great customer service. This is what keeps people coming back.

Probably the worst Panera. Burnt soufflés put on display for some careless customers. Sandwich thrown together. No real standards for customer service or presentation valued here. Staff not welcoming either. Just a place of business with employees solely to collect a check. I just expect much better from a Panera restaurant just as I expect Publix stores to be the better of those in its category. (just saying) lol. Panera could be a lot better that this.

Food is always tasty and fresh however, they need to find a solution for their food-waiting situation. I go there at least twice every week, on different times in the afternoon, and there is ALWAYS massive confusion and waiting after you place your order. The kitchen staff always looks completely lost and it takes A LONG TIME for the food to be ready, ALWAYS! other than that is a great clean environment and the self-order computers are awesome!

Poor, service and execution on a simple egg sandwich. Asked for a well toasted bagel, first received a non toasted bagel then 2nd time around it was only toasted on one side. Quite a few homeless people hanging out there along with a woman who was completely passed out. The homeless guys rotate panhandling at the intersection of Biscayne and 125th then come back and sit there refilling drink cups and cooling off in the restaurant.

Excellent petit déjeuner. Il faut juste comprendre le système de commande. Très bon chocolat chaud ( accompagné de guimauve), bons pains au chocolat et goûter le cake rhubarbe et framboise : une tuerie!

Ok, I love Panera Bread and have always enjoyed myself at this location. Its by far one of their better locations. However, the last time I went my food was left on the counter and was cold by the time I received it because no one informed me that it was ready. Apparently their buzzers werent working properly and they did not call out my order in a way that was recognizable. (i.e. Order Number or name)

Look... its a Panera Bread so you know what to expect: Stylish, well executed bakery operations, metro-artisanal menu, coffee and wifi with places to plug in. Downsides: temperatures hovering near 60 Fahrenheit. Sort of like London or Seattle on an early spring day. All food sitting outside exposed (staff will tell you the giant fridge effect of extreme AC helps mildly chill the food

Welcome to North Miamis hidden secret. It is simply on point in hiring diversity which concludes its many customers from all corners of the globe. The food met and exceeded expectations. Get ready to enjoy great eats. On improvement the cashiers need to implement more confidence in themselves otherwise a young crew. Everybody starts somewhere, I recommend starting your day here.

Not as great as other Panera locations, which just goes to show this location could definitely improve. Food isnt always bad but seems to be smaller compared to portions/orders Ive received at other locations, and customer service definitely needs an overhaul here. Baked items are, of course, still great here.

This is a good spot for breakfast, lunch or just a cup of coffee. They have a large accommodating dinning area, with outlets for computers or cell phone charging. The pastries are fabulous and they also offer a rewards program in which you can earn free food, drinks and discounts.

Just got a combo 1/2 Italian sandwich + salad. It was the most disgusting experience: old + hard-teeth braking french bread, three layer cuts (salami, cheese, sorpresa), flavored with a lot of mayo, and an old salad. $11.23 for that. It was my second bad experience.

Ive met with many people at this location and had good meetings. The staff gave us space in a friendly atmosphere and we talked uninterrupted. A good place to meet if your office is too far away.

Food is normal Panera fare but theyre understaffed and/or terribly managed so there are usually very long waits for your order, garbage piled up, etc. Doesnt seem very clean/hygienic.
