The moment I walked in... Date 10/18/2016 Time : 6:21 pm The host by the name of Jenny was remarkable in excellent customer service!! I have worked in retail in the past and can attest she covered all customer service points: acknowledgement, great smile, patience, and followup. Most importantly, she checked on me during my meal with a great smile and aked.." hows everthing? And preseeded with her duties. Once I was done sitting alone at my table she made it a point to clear my table and smiled. I can hear her greeting every customer with an warmly pleasant attidue. She sure made my dinner a pleasant one along with all the other staff who presently worked with her this evening. You go Jenny ! You will make Boston Market smile when they hear this! I like Boston Market a lot. Not only because they have decent food (who can turn down turkey, stuffing, mashed potatos and gravy?) but because almost every Boston Market Ive gone to has had EXCELLENT customer service. Such a rarity in fast food, but every time Ive gone to this location or others in the area, Ive left very happy. What is your hiring process?! What do you do differently than a McDonalds or a Dunkin? I almost walked out of this place, due that Supervisor refused to validate my coupon for a free dessert. In my way out I heard a lady by the name of Floride, who called me and apologized for the other person and really made up my day, went overboard and attended me like I never seeing before in a fast food place. Congratulations I call it: real nice customer service.

My sibling worked here and told me what goes on in this kitchen Dirty dinning they say these places are disgusting every time you go to any dinning place remember that something is going on in the kitchen, my sibling once told me that the brownie fell and they still gave it to the customer good thing he didnt believe in such nasty behavior and left

I dont like this location. Called in a single to-go order 30 minutes in advance and it wasnt ready when I arrived. I waited the same amount of time as the long line that was there. The cornbread is smaller than other locations. Go to the location near 163rd. Never had an issue with call in orders or tiny cornbread.

I go here all the time, great comfort food, always fresh, good price. The best thing is the employees. Other chain places should copy the service Boston Market gives. Im welcomed with a smile, the employees always call me sweetie or darling. Well the female employees anyway lol

The service here is great, the employees have literally seen my kids grow up here since this place is thier afternoon lunch spot. I know I can always count on their delicious meatloaf family dinner when I dont have time cook or just dont feel like cooking lol!

Really bad service. Awful, I use to go there al the time like 15yrs ago. Was very clean had garbage cans, now there are none very dirty service awful just the whole experience was really, really all around bad!!!!

The service is really slow... I was there only for a soup, it took a while to get it and it wasnt so good, the place was full but I guess thats normal since it was lunch time.
