I still think they do pizza well, but experience last night was a negative star experience. Ordered two bowls of pasta. Ignoring that the sauce was horrendously over salted, the pasta came out very undercooked. Not al dente, but still semi raw (this was a hard dry boxed rigatoni). The first waiter i explained the issue to, said he told them not to send it out like that and that he wouldnt have served it like that, then he explained they dont have boiling water. I didnt understand how thats possible. He explained they cook the pasta in the morning then reheat. So basically Im paying for reheated leftovers? Reheated how, in a microwave? He mumbled something about a free dessert then walked away probably with no intention of making that happen. Our waitress then came over and asked if we were done (making no mention of a possible problem as my meal was clearly uneaten). I then tried to explain the issue to the waitress and she argued with me. First saying thats not possible because no one else complained (there were only two other tables filled in the whole place at the time). Then she proceeded to say it was just my opinion. So congrats on trying to win a stupid argument about whether the pasta was in fact undercooked, youve lost a customer from your local neighborhood. The icing on this whole cake. She eventually agreed to take one bowl of pasta off the bill. I put my credit card in the the receipt book and another girl who seems to barely understand or speak English picked it up. The. They brought it back to me and told me there was no credit card inside. So here again, I had all 3 employees argue with me and tell me that there was not a credit card inside until one of them finally found it somewhere over by the cash register. All while this was occurring, the owner and the chef were hanging out outside chatting with friends. I debated even leaving this review as I wasnt feeling like putting forth the negative energy. But when I woke up in the middle of the night with awful stomach cramps (maybe your reheated pasta is going bad), I decided to go ahead with the review. My stomach is still in knots this morning. I could only image what would have happened if I had more than a few bites. Sorry guys, I wont be back.

4 star 5 star no way. They dont know the first thing about how to make things right when they screwed up. "I am just a server sir. I cannot do anything." Whine whine excuse excuse and no taking of responsibility for when they screw up. Its my neighborhood place but when I have to pay $14 for a pepperoni pizza and they cant get it right and cant make it right makes me mad. I can buy a lot more pizza for less money they ought to make things right immediately. Save money go elsewhere.

The pizza was sad. The bread was soggy and not fully baked. The cheese and meat slide off the bread. I love meat so I ate the sausages. But one thing I didnt expect was the pizza being made out of sourdough, my unculture tongue thought I was served expired food ha. But the ambiance was nice and very different from other restaurant. And the live music was amazing and interesting.

Best Italian Place in Mimi. Just had a amazing experience here with my Girl friend. We came from Dallas Texas, and we were looking for a authentic Italian place around. Im glad we did find Pizza Pazza. Staff very kind and helpful. food amazing. The owner came to our table and introduce us to this awesome wine. Just perfect. Thank you. Highly recommend

Pizzas are always well-made and service is friendly and efficient. For this type of establishment, I have no complaints. We generally head here around 5 p.m. during the week but did stop by around the same time on a Saturday when it was packed, but again everything from the food to the service was excellent.

Ordered a delivery last night, the pizzas and calzone arrived piping hot, they were made of good quality ingredients, fresh basil & fantastic buffalo mozzarella , the Doug/crust was above your average pizza dough it was excellent! I am impressed... Thank you Pizza Pazza.. So glad you are in downtown !

Expensive for no reason. Everything i ordered including the pizza was covered in oil and lacked flavour. Decor is nice but this place definitely needs a new chef (the way they let the plates come out of the kitchen I doubt they have a chef at all). #kickshaw

super casual atmosphere, genuinely pleasant staff. Salvatore is such a great server. he loves his job and making people smile and it shows. the pizza and nutellino were outstanding, fresh made and you can savor the quality in the ingredients.

36 dollars for a limp "pizza" & some ok breadsticks. The cheese did a mudslide off the pizza. The sausage tasted like dog treats. Complained & they just told my girlfriend "this is real pizza, not dominos". Ill just go to dominos next time

Authentic Napolitano pizza! Salvatore is great and made us feel like we were back in Italy with his hospitality! Which is saying a lot since we lived there for 6 years. Living right across the street is awesome and we found our go to spot!

Lack of customer service. Waitress chatting away on cell phone for 15 minutes instead of allowing me to pay for my pickup order. Food was ready when I got there and it took am extra 20 minutes before I got out...would not go back.

Best pizza in South Florida. They struggle with online orders though. They get my order wrong half the time. If youre going to order for pickup, call them. Lunch special is only Monday - Thursday. The menu doesnt state this.

The best. Tasteful decor, beautiful food and an amazing crew. Very authentic, youd think youre in the old country. Couldnt say enough good things, owner was phenominal. Ps. Get the dessert with Nutella, youll LOVE IT!!!

I ordered two pizzas that were overcooked.on the bottom and undercooked on the top. The driver delivered it on a scooter with a cooler mounted to it and was sitting on the pizza. Unbelievable experience.
