I hadnt had a Meat Lovers Pan Pizza in a while and got real excited when I found a 2 for 1 coupon I had set aside. I called Pizza Hut in Fort Myers for delivery, but they pointed me to the Santa Barbara store in Cape Coral since I live in the Cape. When I gave the lady there my address, she told me the Pizza Hut Bistro just north of the Caloosahatchee Bridge in N. Fort Myers would deliver the pizzas. I was quoted $15.79 for a medium Meat Lovers Pan Pizza (2 for 1), which I thought was much too high for one medium. Soon the delivery arrived and I was told the cost was $18.79!!! That much for one medium pizza! Obscene - I dont live in Manhattan! I told the delivery guy there had to be a mistake. He showed me the bill - they had tacked on a $3.00 delivery charge they never told me about. I asked him if that money goes to him and he said no. I didnt want to pay, but I felt sorry for him. With the tip, my 2 for 1 medium Meat Lovers Pan Pizza cost me $22.00. Never again. I loved the pizza, but Ill be calling Papa Johns or a local from now on. That price is ridiculous!

Had one of their drivers back out, recklessly & took off, you could say he swerved. Drove like an idiot. I got his tag number & took a shot at which restaurant to call.. got the correct one on first try. Manager was unavailable & the guy on the phone needs to learn some manners. I felt like he was going to hang up on me because I wanted to talk with the mgr. Hes great at running interference, to avoid disturbing the manager. All too rude, condecending, and, when you ask a question, please let the person answer. And, when you keep having me repeat everything, dont sound indignant & offended when I start speaking slower and being sure to announciate clearly. I am well aware of the fast delivery mentality. The 30 min or less promise got ditched after a couple people got killed. Please, spare me the condecention. I think the kids guessed I was going to call because he got behind a pickup truck & stayed about ten feet off his back bumper. Not cool. 10:15-17 pm or not.

Im sick to my stomach over the nastiness of EVERYTHING on the salad bar. The lettuce was literally brown. The carrots were white. The onions & mushrooms were mushy and brown. The chocolate pudding was curdled and black and stuck to the sides of the silver container. Your staff should be ashamed at the presentation of such a sad display of food that deserves to go in the trash!!! I was so disgusted we left. If that is how the salad bar is presented as if it were edible, i dont even want to imagine what the state of the pizza and toppings would be. Then, upon telling the waitress of our concerns and that we were leaving she didnt even care. No reaction, no nothing!!!

Pizza hut was my favorite pizza place until I ordered from the Pizza hut 10 hours ago on North Cleveland Avenue. I dont know who prepared the sub sandwich I received, it like they forgot to put the lettuce and tomato on it, and dont mention the meat. Then they the nerve to put the most discussed dressing or something that was loose like they added water to it. I took pictures of the pepperoni pizza that was unbelievable, overbooked on top, bottom of the pizza wasnt completely done. Facebook. Will see this.

The woman that took my order was very distant. She didnt seem like she wanted to be taking my order, or even be there for that matter. I asked for the specials and she ran through them. And by ran I mean, I couldnt understand them if my life depended on it. She wasnt "rude" per say, but wasnt in any way friendly either. I asked her name when I was done giving my card information; it was mikayla. I do not think she should be allowed to answer the phones, if thats how she is with the customers.

After 15 minutes, I had to get my own menu. Sat and waited about another 20 minutes to place an order, took another 20 minutes to get half of order, another 15 minutes to get the other half. I go to pay, the lady literally took half of the payment, went to bust tables and do the dishes. I will never go there again and I highly recommend that nobody elsego there either. But the pizza was good.

Terrible service. Our communitys gate guard was on patrol. Didnt call the box. Lydia from the store called my voicemail and left a nasty message about inconveniencing her driver on my voicemail. Will not order from them again. Driver ended up getting in after five minutes. Tipped him well but will never order from this store again.

Please please DO NOT GO THERE !! the place is FULL of MOLD!! window seal, tables, chairs, floor, and ceiling!! if the dining tables and what the people can see looks like that I dont even want to see the kitchen!! I sat in there for 5 minutes, got EXTREMELY grossed out and left MOST DISGUSTING place to ever eat! go else where!

Nostalgic for a pan pizza with a crisp crust and toppings to the edge? You will find it here! Pizza so good that is delicious when its hot and you keep eating and enjoying it even after it has turned cold.. The balsamic glaze spiral is recommended.

Had the Italian meatball pizza based on a suggestion of the hostess. It was the best. The hostess was pleasant and fun. A great time sitting down and joking with everyone. A little on the expensive side but worth it.
