Came in ordered pizza to go I was told 15 to 20 minutes. Half an ask about the pizza they said they must have given it to someone else. . So they would start making a new one but I couldnt wait another 15 to 20 minutes so I asked for a refund told they dont do refunds. They offered a store credit however I said that would not be acceptable someone finally decided to give us a refund constantly telling us we dont know where your pizza could have gone to this is very odd. However not a single person apologize for the mistake or the time or the issue with the problems. Nobody offered us anything to make up for for this issue or the time that we had to wait to try to get back some of our money like drinks or breadsticks while we were waiting or trying to do deal with this issue. an apology, which in my opinion , is the least they really should have provided us but DID NOT!!!!

Worst experience ever. I called ahead of time and placed my order so I could promptly pick up my food and get to eating it. Alas when I showed up I was told in a nasty tone that there was no order under that name, and that I must have called the other store although they repeated it to me. I exclusively use this location. So now I sit without my order and the lady Alana, was of no help and pretty rude. After getting home I tried to call and no answer, upon talking to their call center they stated that the order was there which is not the case. This will be the last time my money ever goes here.

Disgruntled waitress, had to get our drinks our silverware and never received bill. Glad we had the buffet or we would not had food at all. Addressed the problem with the manager and the same problem not really careing if we come back. We have visited this location 30 years but wont be back.

My wife and I used to love Pizza Hut. The last 3 times we ordered pizza here was very disappointing. Will not be back any time soon. Im not sure if you can even call it pizza anymore. The crust, sauce and cheese were all gross. It did not taste like food and hard to finish eating it.

I asked the server to please wipe down the booth because it was full of greasy handprints and she said all of these are clean, I again asked for it to be wiped down, she then wiped down the booth with the biggest attitude ever. So rude and disrespectful. I walked out immediately.

Service was great. I am so very disappointed in the crust. Ordered a pan pizza and it is awful. I am not eating at Pizza Hut to be healthy. It is a once in a while indulgence. Bring back the original pan pizza crust, please! Dominos is better at this point.

The best Pan pizza in Orlando area. If you get the app they usually have great specials on there example: any 2 topping pizza $7.99. The buffet has a good variety of items so you are sure to get your moneys worth and leave with a happy tummy. :)

I have been to this pizza hut location since I have been in my mothers womb. Best by far that Ive tried in the central Florida area. Good food, great service, and the best buffet in Lake county.

I have always enjoyed eating at the Hut. Great salad bar and everyones favorite pizza. Good waitress and nice atmosphere. Also you can expect to bump into friends here.
